I belive that i am a hard working person who looks forward to new challenges .
_Reading Advanced Schematics _Fault Finding _Tracing root causes of faults and eliminating future failures. _Remove and Replacing AC and DC motors,exhauster, compressors and Motor Alternators. _Perform routine examination on Electrical and mechanical equipments. _Sequencing and power testing locomotives. _Assembling and overhauling Electro-pneumatic valves.

Qualified millwright have experience on job training
I did fault finding we worked with overhead cranes and we repaired both elecrical and machanical faults repaired pumps we mostly worked with hydraulics and pneumatics, rigging
Pros: They give you opportunity to study feather while you are still under their contract
Cons: Gained a lot of experience while I was there

Learnt so much in terms of logistics
I start work 15minutes before to analyze the work for the day and plan. I communicate with co-workers about the expectation from senior management and customers. I have a good relationship with co-workers and as well they have good relation with me. I have learnt a lot in terms of communication, leadership, reporting and presentation skills to mention a few. My challenging moments is when we have challenges in reaching the expected target and need to report to customers and senior management. The good moments is when we are ahead of target allocated to us by both management and satisfying the customers.
Pros: Oppotunities of promotion are available.
Cons: Longer working hours and working under pressure.

Transnet engineering is a company that builds trains and locomotives accuracy is required and safety is everyone's objective, we we wrote wt we did per day day and submitted it every morning we were given task tha we had to finish time management was very important if u dont want to ne piled up we work, when working on breakdown u write how long it took to find and fix the fault that helped us a lot to manage time.
