My skills includes Microsoft:word,excel,power point,access, project,Visio SAP Good communication and interpersonal skills Problem solving skills I am willing to learn and new things about my career. I'm looking for a company do that I can apply the theory and practical I have acquired at university and industry.

Excellent company

 Transnet Engineering Company As An Industrial Engineer I have learned to, • Assess the environment of the company and/or industry before implementing changes through the principles of Six Sigma. • Learn quickly how the company operates and what the basic operations are. • Learn how the different departments (logistics, Engineering, Finance etc.) are inter-linked and how they work together. • Work systematically i.e. handling work step by step. • Apply Industrial Engineering principles/concepts (Line balancing, Quality check assistance, Template drawing, Layout designs. • Use standard times as the basis of most production lines. • Work in a team and as an individual to deliver results. • I have done time studies. • Presentations. • Supply chain. • Continuous improvement. • Template drawing and layout designs. • Cost-saving.

Excellent learning curve

good communication from the mamagement side workers needs are meet and delivered in time .Management gives training to workers to improve their qualifications it taught me not to limit myself and be able to be a team player.

Trained apperantice welder

I'm hardworking person and self driven trustworthy and capable of duties and responsibilities also enthusiasm about my trade and adapting very well and willing to learn and explore about welding and gain more experience. I learn more things about previous organization and I'm approachable person. I weld underframe of CR19 Wagons . surface preparation and various final welding stations and side and end's.

A great company to grow as an individual plus it pays it staff very well

Every morning we would have a meeting regarding about our daily task what is required what were the challenges that might occur in regards on why we cant meet our targets, everyone knows what they must do, any training you want that's work related you apply and get that training, and hard is being awarded

Pros: hard work is rewarded and training self development plus it is easy to get a promotion

Good learning curve

I possess the capability to deliver on what is required of me in this developing field of Technicians, designers/ engineers. I always appreciate challenges as I believe they enhance my ability to work under pressure which makes my work more interesting, and this appointment will give me a great opportunity to further my experience and knowledge as a designer.

VAST EXPERIENCE ALL ROUND

a Typical work day for me is extremely quick and fast paced ensuring the supply of material for our Blue Train/s on the maintenance portion. We have to work as a team to achieve tight schedules and deadlines. I always say and believe that once you have worked for Transnet you are groomed to do anything successfully out there. I believe that anyone would enjoy a plan getting together the reality from a dream and the impossible possible. The most challenging aspect to the job is unfortunately found everywhere in the market place is when experienced people leave the company diluting the strength of the team as well as placing additional responsibilities onto others.
