Summary of my past 7 years experience
My day to day work is to provide and coordinate technical support to all the other departments on trouble shooting, maintenance and all other related subjects, fulfilling the company targets in terms of technical performances. I work with all level of employees from general worker to senior manager and I believe in team work.

A hard worker willingness to learn
Tshepo is a hard worker who is willing to go extra Mile at all times. Work well with fellow employees regardless of their ethnic group/ culture. I've learnt working well with other people gives me the opportunity to learn New things, to get a deeper knowledge and/or understanding of things, to improve my relationship with fellow employees. I enjoy learning New things, being taught by people regardless of their positions.

Work work word
Dealing with time data daily, attending to queries, support to employees and business, audits I have an excellent relationship with co-workers. Almost anything is possible, and how much I love working with people Making a difference, a satisfied client Time sheets having to have these submitted weekly, but I understand this challenge, bringing an understanding to an operational engineering environment the importance of time sheets,

Good for experience
The company is very progressive in such a way that co workers and supervisors get along. they communicate when they doing job and the managers also a very generous , i hve learned from them how to keep production running without interruption, but sometimes there are hard days where there's a breakdown, which i enjoy the most because of keeping me busy getting it right, and working as a team it what i enjoyed the most.

Learnt so much in terms of logistics
I start work 15minutes before to analyze the work for the day and plan. I communicate with co-workers about the expectation from senior management and customers. I have a good relationship with co-workers and as well they have good relation with me. I have learnt a lot in terms of communication, leadership, reporting and presentation skills to mention a few. My challenging moments is when we have challenges in reaching the expected target and need to report to customers and senior management. The good moments is when we are ahead of target allocated to us by both management and satisfying the customers.
Pros: Oppotunities of promotion are available.
Cons: Longer working hours and working under pressure.

Excellent Career
With a professional background of Engineering, working in a Logistics environment has broadened my horizons and I have gained a lot of different experience in terms of my career and personal growth. Working with various departments such as Procurement, Operations, Quality, Customer Services on daily basis has helped me learn a lot from them and has improved my work ethics as well as my interpersonal skills. I enjoy solving problems and coming up with new ideas everyday.

I have learn to trust my tools
I enjoy working for my current company because from the first minute to the last minutes in a day, you can measure you productivity close to 95% accurate. You can also see where you need to improve and where you did very well because of the system that is in place. Lean manufacturing and six sigma has also improve my skill because of the project that I have conducted, hence on my Review summary i said "I have learn to trust my tools"
