Excellent baker
The Store consists of +-200 employees and everyone is friend,we work as a team and always helps each other when needed. I've learnt a lot since I started working here , I know a lot about all the departments that the store have and I've worked in all of them but I loved the bakery department because I love baking and cooking and I'm a creative person so bakery gives me a chance of showcasing I'm creativity. The most challenging aspect of the department is when we supposed to produce all the needed items in the bakery,so we end up having pressure but we do it .
Pros: A lot of opportunities if working hard
Cons: Wages is not that good for the job we do

Listening attentively, good communication, good customer service, patient and trustworthy.
I was collecting float at cash office, balance cash everyday and ensure that customers are always happy, scan each and every iterm of the customer. Always looking presentable and professional with the friendly smile. I'm a easy person to get along with others, I always laugh and want advise to my co-workers workers and had a good relationship. I have learned about different customers with different attitude and how to handle them. I enjoyed counting money and scanning items because I was faster on doing that. What was challenging about the job was that I must make sure that they customer pays for his or her items and remind them if they forgot if not the management would say that I'm making a bad deal with the client.
Pros: I have now a good communication with everyone I meet and respect them and their opinions. working most of the time independent with the assistance of the supervisor
Cons: Most of the time work more 8-11 hours a day.

Exciting
M hard worker who is determined to finish what I started. I striving to do things right the first time. I believe in growth as person i am learning on daily basis and that is preparing me to be a better person and take the right attributes that I have learned anid use them to grow others.

Good customer service
It was good working with customers and me and my co-worker had a good relationship i hv learnt that i must alway be patient to customers the thing that i enjoyed most was working with elderly people the most challenging thing was cash handling

Good learning curve
Working at shoprite was good ,meeting new people and most thing that I love about shoprite is because we working with that most thing that I love. The working hours where just normal 8 hours per day .my relationship between co-workers was super good cause we worked as team so that we archive our target and what I've enjoy most is that we were working with different type of food products that makes me to learn and know about them .the most challenging things was when someone is absent ,strikes and the delay of deliveries that was the only challenges I used to have.

I gain more information and working experiences
I'm capable in recieving admin clerk I have gain this expirience from my previous company and the experiences that I have hoping its makes me an asset to many companies.I love my previous Job as i had a good relationship with my colleagues and management

Cons: I worked 8 hours a day there was no overtime and 40 hours a week but myself im prepared to work any hours and overtimes

Amazing experience
At it was good job with small salary. But the benefit you get experience even i was a generl worker . I became a trainee for five week here in Port Elizabeth Shoprite. I have learned a lot there because i was told to be in every different departments there for each and every week. For example the is fruit and veg side, non food side, bakery , packer and we also did returning of the shop. Andi

I have learnt that team work is important.i enjoy making a customer happy for doing their shopping with id.nt that team the most challenging aspects I'd that thery don't give opportunity to grow in the company they can promote a new person who does not know much about the job

Its nice to work with customers
It is so nice to work with customers because I learned a lot from them,others they keep on come in the shop couse of the good interaction between us. We were even had some problems but we endup smile couse of sweet and good strategies we have.
