It was a great opportunity to be working there as i learned a lot from just being a picker to become production supervisor. The experience is good because we worked under a lot of pressure to deliver to the stores in time and we reached every deadline and target that was put before us. Im glad i worked there

Cons: we were working 11 hours per day/night. 4 days in and 4 days off and rest 4 days. the warehouse operate 24hours per day and 365 days per year. it is the biggest watehouse in africa and second in the world topped by bmw wardhouse in america. it has great facilities and they using the system called t5 ( known as talkman )for picking a

Fast learner & can work under pressure
A typical day at work was sorting out the stock room and make sure that the sales floor was full at all times and to off-load the delivery trucks and pack stock in the stock room. My relationship with my co-workers was a good relationship and worked well together. I learned how to off-load stock from the delivery trucks and to work under pressure and how handle a single aisle on my own. I enjoyed working with my co-workers and manager because they were very friendly and not very uptight. The challenging aspects of the job was to off-load +- 5 delivery trucks with 14 pallets or more and to remove it from the rolling belt and pack it again in the stock room, but I got used to it at the end.

Area sales manager
I interact with different customers and get new opinion from them to improve my customer service because customers are the key people in retail and also keep them happy cause looking one customer is Luke loosing thousands of them.keep customers for life .dig for new business and opportunities. Listen to cokeaque New ideas work on them and implement them The business also has learnt me how to get business out of nothing e.g during the quite times of the month I have to come with a plan to get business rolling as Without sales and customers we are nothing is like we don't exist anymore

Excellent learning
I was packing grocery and cleaning the shelves.doing PI labels and trolley excercise.cleaning at stockroom and taking the damage foods to the bin .making sure all are up to dates. doing customers services.helping customers with their needs.we were working as a team.i have learn how to treat customer because customers is always right.im there's a difficult customers you must know how to treat her/him
