Good on customer service and communication skills

At work the more specifically thing i like is to communicate with customers,, because customers came first,, and is the only people that make more money for our company they are so supportive,even if they try to ruin up my day i don't allow that to me,

I'm a dedicated, enthusiastic, future based young girl

I used to pack my given brands and I used to work for 1h30 minutes per shoprite since I was working for 2 shops. It was nice working there we were like a family ...I learnt to respect other people and ask for help if you need some ,to be a kind person ,facial expression must be always good towards other people.

Excellent learning Curve

THIS IS A LEARNING CURVE. I HAVE LEARNT THAT DIFFERENCE DOESNT MEAN RONG EVERY ONE HAVE THE RIGHT TPO AIR OOUT THEIR THOUGHTS. THE MOST CHALLENGING THING IS TO WORK WITH PEOPLE WITHOUT PEACE. BUT ATLEASE I HAVE A DEEP PERSONAL INTERGRITY WHICH MAKES TO SEE THINGS IN A DIFFERENT WAY. I EJOY TO BE RECTIFIED BECAUSE WITHOUT THAT I WOULD NOT BE THE PERSON I AM NOW IF IT WAS NOT FOR RECTIFICATION

It a great way towork with people and understand customs

my typical work day is actually fun experiences for me course we get to meet new and regular custom who are different but like to be served the same when it come to the relationship with my co-workers it actually more work and more fun course we believe that you mast have communication skill with your co-workers and then there will be no problem . then that were it were you get to learn more things then one you get to learn communication skill you get to learn how to deal with a angry custom how to work under pressure and learn more skill of my department and rest of the store.as i work at the daily i mostly enjoy making the deserts .the most challenging aspects of my job is meeting the deadline when you have to finish all you are doing before the store opens.

Pros: it is a great working enveroment ,great co-workers and customs
Cons: less opportunities to grow within the company ,less incame rate

Gave lots of experience professional and socially

I have learned a lot from starting as a cashier to a money market clerk to a frontend controller to a cash office clerk, learning the new different departments opened my mind to absorb lots of ways people think and live their lives what challenges they have wit retail and also learnt me how to approach customers professionally and to respect and treat their needs in a sensitive manner. Its not always up days its down too as for superious that can disrespectful at times and one has to still maintain a professional pose.

Pros: You get promotion and experience
Cons: You need to fight hard to be acknowledge in your work place, long hours

I have learnt that team work is important.i enjoy making a customer happy for doing their shopping with id.nt that team the most challenging aspects I'd that thery don't give opportunity to grow in the company they can promote a new person who does not know much about the job
