It is gud to wrk there because you get to experience pressure and how to wrk under it like for example month ends. I also get to understand customers better by resolving problems they encounter nd also learning the different buying behaviour individual customers has. I like working with peanut because they teach you how to handle them as they are different and unique nd that builds a relationship between you and your customers

Non-food general assistant
It's hard working there because I work night shift but earn. Less than 200r per night and it's 10 hours a night, sumtyms we are tried like slaves, I've been working there for 3years but still working under contract

My duties
, My duties include but are not limited to the following: working with price changes, counts of the store, the signage in the store, checking and filing as well as O.B.S. and store portal reports, stock inquiry, wastage and RF stock taking.

Good staff empowering
-Long working hours with small salary -Bad management -learned customer communication skills -the ratings were low -on busy days like month end the management shouts at us -very friendly co-workers

Hard worker
I do manage pressure..and good in team working skills and fast and active ,we daily do merchandising the whole shop.and stock movement, i learned to treat customer in a good maner and politely with respect ,i enjoy doing gap scan and stock report at sales

Great lerning curve
Under pressure was the most important part I enjoyed I learn a lot from that how to handle a customer and be satisfied handling the store alone was the worse part cause I couldn't dived my self in other department to resolve the issue that has accord

Good hard worker
I'm a hard worker and I am willing to work only at Johannesburg or north west I will be really appreciative if I can get the job of my qualification Please take me for the opportunity I beg every kind of job I'm a christian also a saved child of God so I'm willing to work from Monday to Friday no public holidays to be work that my request I beg you to check that kind of job for me please

Excellent learning
I am currently working at Shoprite Lephalale and it has been six months now and now i would like to go further with my hr qualifications and learn more about hr as I am still a fresher and I am willing to work more harder to achieve my goals and also be more productive in the company.
