It is not a 8-5 job, it is a retail career. Relationships build at Shoprite will be defined as wil stop with anything to help each other out. The most challenging parts were to adapt to the everyday life changes in the retail market and customer need.
Pros: The knowledge around and throughout the whole company and logistics is a good learning area.

ori have 3 years of experience in retail industry it is very difficult when you start but when you're are used to it it just flows the most difficult time is when you have customer. that I not happy with the service

working long hours with small salary,our relationship was good,i learnt to work with people,respect,be patient and work hard.relationship with my colleaque,not treating people equal.

Offering good customer service
Shoprite offers good customer service because they are taking care of their customers. Shoprite make it a point to ensure that everyone customer is satisfied with their products. Staff from shoprite work very hard in order to provide the best to customers even although we working less hours, but we make sure that we provide good customer service.

Gain good experience
I'm 24 years old graduate currently unemployed looking for a job. I worked as customer consultant for Indian nationale for 1 year and half from there I got a job as cashier at shoprite retail store. I am very enthusiasm I loved my job and I responsible for Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations. Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.this made me a hard worker and have good communication skills, also to gain experience

I am well experienced personal who have worked in wide field.
In my current employment where I am employed as a Trainee Manager due to having to joined the in the previous year, I deal customers on daily basis and selling them a variety of products. I can serve custmers with curtesy and even make them buy. pleasing customer is what I have learned in all my caree.
Pros: I am hard worker who never quits, meeting target and deadlines are my strong points.
Cons: I can work long hours.
