Most impressive learning curve
To work at my company is fantastic a new journey everyday. I love working with people because they give me a sense of pride to know that I have helped a person. I have a good working relationship with my collegues and both my superiors, I believe that respect is the most important aspect for a good working relationship and the job a person does. I have learned a lot and still willing to learn because the more i learn the more polished and capable i will be. I am a very versitile person i enjoy learning a lot.

Good skills learning

Gain good experience
I'm 24 years old graduate currently unemployed looking for a job. I worked as customer consultant for Indian nationale for 1 year and half from there I got a job as cashier at shoprite retail store. I am very enthusiasm I loved my job and I responsible for Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations. Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.this made me a hard worker and have good communication skills, also to gain experience

Why should you hire me
I believe that my knowledge in will make me valuable asset to your organization and I also think my experience will be an advantage, I am fast learner when coming to practical’s. Excellent learning curve
It's a great opportunity to learn how stocks are taken and how it is done in retails.working with different people and different cultures is the most exciting part of my life,because I love socialising with others and team work also as an individual.

Working at shoprite was good I enjoyed most customer service and working night shift I had great relationship with both customers and co workers The most challenge at work was when there were no extra hours where I end up being at home waiting for a call..l never had a fight or argued with a customer or worker...all I taught to do is to report to management if there's a problem

Leadership
I was enjoying my work and staff was respecting as their manager. but THEN WHEN IT COMES TO BRANCH MANAGER RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ME AND HER WAS VERY BAD. she WAS TAKING DECISIONS ON HER OWN WITHOUT TALKING TO ME

Good experience,learn so much in a short period of time
Im export coordinator, work under Zambia and Malawi cluster doing both air and road freight. In the morning we apply for health certificate before we can start with the work of the day. In our group we are three members,and we work very good with each other,we make sure that work/load plans are distributed equally amongst all of us and we work together as a team Working as a team taught me how to trust other people with my work,and also be able to help others Preparing my documents on time makes me happy because i tend not to stress to much on the day of loading The most challenging aspect is when you not receiving help or support from your senior

Fast learner
I was working in the retail company. A company full of challenges and everyday was a different day in terms of different customers we had competitive store. We had a good close relationship with my fellow employees and united working as a team. And I learn to have get product knowledge almost everyday. Learning of to run different department or section at once. The most challenging part is whereby you find that the store blew shrinkage or running short and you as a manager must start doing investigation on what causes the store run on shrinkage after stock take. I enjoy learning new things things everyday in terms of product knowledge.

Excellent learning curve
I work at shoprite as a picker in a cold storage. My hourly rate is R24.30 for 3 days per week 12 hours a day. That makes me a very strong person and i believe in myself that i can face any stuation. I learn many thing among all of them how to behave in different people who have different cultures. I respect my superiors at any cost for the benefit of the organisation and i follow their instruction i meet the set targets always. I manage to work underpressure , am a problem solver n self-motivated
