Excellent

im under supply chain in the warehouse, stock controlling.im independent and work as a team. Hard worker and responsible. Count stock physically and doing investigation electronically. I use SAP system and doing inbound and outbound. Sometimes I help at the receiving and issuing if one of are team is off

Highly motivated and willing to lern

I was working at Sasol Secunda. I started everyday with a morning meeting, discussing the daily activities as plant from the sap system. I was delivering a service to the production instrumentation and electrical departments by means of doing running plant maintenance following a job card system. I was also attending the PDR(plan, do,review) meetings in the morning with all the departments. All the people that i was working with and reported to were good friends of while the focus was the jobs. In this time i learnt to respect others and to listen and learn. I enjoy the most working on rotating equipment and doing prisigeon work.

Pros: must have a clean record and follow a set rules of governance for safety prosedures
Cons: i was requite to do standby and work over time as the job requite.

HR and Plant Administrator

Dealing with Supervisors and Management on all levels. Provide administration assistance regarding all plant related issues and procedures. Running Time management system and in control of Ill health and incapacity procedure.

Pros: Great opportunity for gaining new experience
Cons: No scope for promotion

I am hard worker, i don't mind to work under pressure, I am eager to learn, I am self driven person always motivated, I always put my job as my first priority, I am good communicater with customers, I always know that customers is always right,

Excellent learning

Good learning

Sasol is a big company that exposes you to a lot of challenges which makes you experience different situations and challenges career wise. I want to spread my wings and experience a different environment and go higher with my career

Excellent learning

Sasol is a good company with hard working people. To manage people is a pleasure and to get the most out of the per day to perform to their best is fulfilling. I enjoy working with people and machinery to see what was done and that it was a success after work was done. to achieve results through hard work and commitment and to measure and obtain the best results.

Good opportunities for growth

Finance department has the most supporting team mates, through team work we have achieved every small/big goal set upon us. I enjoy being a team player who sometimes organises lunch on Fridays for the department(including managers). Multitask is the greatest challenge, and has taught me to stay focused and very organised. I prefer to do small work like filling on Fridays as it not a very busy day but short. I have participated voluntarily on the yearly stock take session at the warehouse and had a great exposure on how to perform the whole stocktake process.

Pros: huge progress in my work area, and promotion granted: working closely with management
Cons: extra time needed for work, work on weekends

Apllying my knowledge

I'm currently employed at a large company as electrical Foreman. With both trades in Mechanical and electrical (obtained separately) with wireman's licence. My duties includes: Planning and work execution Day to day work execution according to plan Maintenance, break downs and call outs Purchase and planning on SAP Budgets Capex and Opex Shutdowns - team leader Projects

Pros: Opportunity to apply my knowledge in Neslpruit
Cons: Working far from home (Komatipoort)
