Very good communication skills.
I'm a good communication person and members are also good, the environment at work is also good and we work as a team along with our community. I enjoyed the company with them and can go an extra mile.
Pros: There are great thing that are happening there like workshops and the station lectures.
Cons: There is no limited time as anything can happened and you have to attended to it and go an extra mile.

Challenging and stressful
coming across and having to deal with all different kinds of people with different cultures and beliefs and ensuring that everyone abides by the law and taking necessary steps against the offenders and protecting the law abiding citizens and the most vulnerable groups and prioritizing,good relationship with colleagues.
Pros: not good opportunity for promotions despite all the hard work
Cons: 12 hour shift, strenuous but bearable

HR Assistant,
I am currently volunteering at SAPS as an HR Assistant, I glad that they gave me a chance to work with them i am learning technical & non-technical skills e.g i can work under pressure, i can handle stress. They are also happy to have me because i am vibrant, committed, focused, accommodative, organized & i am a team player & i finish work on time. My typical work day are: Answering calls, Taking messages, welcoming clients, Emailing, Faxing, Photocopying, filing, Typing of letters, update personal files, update Leave register, process leave application & leave auditing. Lastly i am a very friendly person who have interpersonal skills, computer skills & etc
Pros: They say i must wait for posts to be advertised so that i can i apply for a permanent position
Cons: I am working 8hrs per day

Be alert, investigation, arrest and convictions
It is stressful , challenging, manageable. It is a big area, lots of work educational better than rural areas. Team work, perseverance is very crucial at this policing area. Willing to work overtime anytime required even when the organization does not have overtime remuneration, and get a rest day. I get excited when a client/ complainant is satisfied with my service and thank me verbally.

Excellent learning curve
my previous work was very good,i was filling, answering office calls and message taking.my relationship with co-workers was very interesting because we worked as a team. most of them were my mentors,influencing and encouraging me positively.Ive gain so much skills and time management and confidence is what i have gained also networking.

Further my career
I was working in the company for more than 20 Years and want to further my carrier to explore more additional experience and to face challenge.Im a supervise of more than 20 members and have experience on managerial level.The most challenging is to deals with criminals and work in a dangerous situation and enjoy working on operational situation.

Good place to work
Nice place to work and I learned a lot of things about criminals. I was working with good colleague who helped me understand the investigation. I learn how a criminal think and act. I had a good commander who is so helpful. The most challenging aspect was when you not at work everyone concentrate on their job because cases were being reported daily.
