Excellent

Personally, I feel that being organised is being prepared for anything. I multi-task quite well and enjoy being creative in the office environment. I strive for excellence in all areas of my life, be it work or in my personal life. I am a goal orientated person and very self-confident that I will achieve anything that I put my mind to. When I started at Sanlam I did not realise the potential hidden within myself. Since working in the Death Claims Process Office, I’ve made such an impression not only with my day to day work, but with all the ad-hoc projects management has asked me to do. The following was part of my ad-hoc projects: backlog cases of production; handled the credit accounts; assisted with the emails; did the needs analysis for the telephone team; assisted the preparers when needed; set-up of stationary on Outlook for the whole department and was the back-up for the account recon specialist.

N6 business management

i had a good relationship with workers and clients and my managers i like working in good working hours and working extra mile for he job to be done ive learnt to work with different kind of clients andespecially difficult one i enjoy working with people and i like to be guided wen i am doing wrong things the most challenging is were by you are working and you meet a difficult client and even if he is wrong he or she dont wanna listen but usually they are saying the customer is always right if the work i am diong i am not coping i really like to call my superior to come and help me

A lot of learning experiences

A Very challenging place to work, with clients, enquiries. Everyday is something different, always something new to learn. Can be very demanding at times with deadlines, and working with different directors.

Well known and established company that is growing as one of the giant insurence company.

-We are target driven company on daily basis and the relationship with o-workers is quit excellent and motivational more especially working as a team and wiliness to assist one another incase one is co-worker request for assistance. -I have learnt about client centricity and the enforcement of putting customer first attitude. -Team building and motivation from co-workers and managers. -The most challenging aspects is when the system are not working perfectly and the fore as a results customers request are not met on time however delayed and that reflects bad impression about the company itself and the co-workers.

Great to learn and grow

typical work day would be to re-broke clients, up sell policies, grow the existing portfolio . deal with claims, customer debit orders. customer policy endorsements. source new business. customer retentions I have a clos relationship with co workers and learn for the life advisers I enjoy the most working with high net worth clients

Learning and development experience

I have learneda lot, it has been a wonderful journey and my confidence has grown

It is a wonderful and pleasant company to work for, the level of work standard, morals and ethics is visible. All stakeholders (internal and external) are good to work with, the is mutual understanding and respect in all aspects. I have learnt the importance of transparency, effective communication, importance of meeting deadlines, time management, team work, independence, different cultures, the importance of interpersonal skills,conflict management and many more. The challenging aspects in adapting to the consent change and dealing with certain barriers(learning new systems). However what I enjoy the most is delivery a satisfying service to my senior managers and going the extra mile. I value the level of support and spirit of togetherness (team work).

Fast and competent learner

I deal with paying outs of pension and provident funds. I communicate with clients on a daily basis, handling queries. we have a team based environment and we have to work well together to make sure that we all meet targets for the month. My communication skills have improvement and i have learnt how to work under pressure. It gives me joy when i have finalized a claim without any hassle. The best part about my job is that you learn something new almost everyday. The challenging aspect includes when Funds are liquidating and one has to explain to clients the process it takes before they can be paid out. It is challenging because these involve sections of the Pension Funds act that most people do not understand and clients start to think that we are just withhold their funds.

I would appreciate the opportunity to be part of your leading company. Due to the experience I have gathered from two leading banking institutions namely, Standard Bank and ABSA. The experience has enhanced my inter-personal relations and customer service skills. I work very well under pressure and able to acclimatize in every sector I engage with. I have ventured in an insurance sector as well, which I have proved to be a versatile and enthusiastic being because I am open to learning.
