Currently working as a data capture at the TM3 Workshop in the Engineering/Planning Office. Preparing Daily Standing Machine Breakdown Checklist Report on the Excel Spread Sheet Also Capturing the Machine Breakdown on the Karabo System as well as the Service Job Card, Operator Checklist and Keep Sheet ALSO work as a reliever men there is a short at the control room working as a  Control Room Assistant

I aam a harworking individual.

I have been working at Medupi Power Station for the past 6 years and have had opportunities to learn a lot about site QC Inspections. and making sure the job is done according to approved ITPs/QCPS. I am also very good at combiling and reviewing data books to sell the product to the client. At Murray & Roberts i have been nominated for being a commited worker and a team player.

Challenging

Problem solving is the highlight of my day. Selling our manufactured product without any rejected items is what I see as a successful day. Meeting deadlines and KPI’s a must.

35 Years of Experience

I am working currently as Mine Overseer for Murray & Roberts at Finsch Diamond Mine. I have more than 12 years experience as a Mine Overseer. I have more than 35 years experience in Gold-, Diamond-, Manganese-, Platinum- and Copper Mines of which 20 years are in Trackless Mining. I also worked for 3 years as Business Unit Manager in the DRC Congo.

Pros: Company has lots of possibillities available to go forward in life
Cons: There actauly none, but when you complete project posssibillity for another project is minimal

Working under pressure

I am a very hard worker, always willing to learn new challenges, a natural leader, a good listener , always making sure production targets are met without compromising safety. providing safe working condition and equipments for the employees. Ensuring work is done in accordance of the Risk assessment, OHS act, Mine health and safety act and construction regulations.

Pros: I’m available for any promotion.
Cons: I’m always willing to work overtime and to be on a standby

Work day is very demanding as targets are ti bo met in order to get the project on track. Build a strong working relationship with peers and client. Gained expeienceon how to handle mega projects

Excellent team spirit

Working in the Water Department was such a pleasure. The team spirit is beyond what I have come across before in my working career. Being part of a team that believes in one thing, committed and assisting each other regardless of their positions. A team that builds and strengthen each other though lunch and learns, where knowledge was shared amongst disciplines.

Pros: Was considered for permanent a position.
Cons: Long working hours when working on big tenders.
