My relation with management was good interactive, informative. Staff very supportive from our construction to client staff, though we agree to disagree professionally it was a good environment.

Excellent experience

The best picture for me would be when Medupi and Kusile power projects were at their peak and my work day was filled with so much energy and lots to do.Eventhough the hours were long the experiences were priceless. We performed A-Z accounting and I had 3-4 creditors clerks reporting to me. From checking creditors recons to preparing monthly consolidations on Hyperion I completed the full circle of activities for the month. Ending of with review of monthly balance sheet recons and submissions to sars. A wonderful team of 16 colleagues who got on very well with one another. I had no issues dealing the tough management scenarios one occasionally has to go through. Sadly as the projects ended the team down sized drastically and one by one we were all retrenched with only 3 members of the team still employed.

Cons: Long hours little room for growth too many retrenchments

I'm a fast learner, very analytical, attention to details

• My knowledge and skills in office administration. • My experience in warehousing as a logistics Inventory Stores Clerk. • My previous experience in computer literacy training using Microsoft office 2007 (and my willingness of helping others regarding spreadsheet knowledge). • My knowledge in issuing and receiving of material using JDE and BKZ Citrix Systems. • My skills and knowledge of processing OSD & Deviations for new deliveries and also for the OBI (Open Box Inspection) and maintain the register and distribute to managers and QC department • My knowledge in generating store issue vouchers and GRV’S and retrieving data both on JDE system. • My potential of learning very quick and putting my full attention into details • My ability to get on with people and work as a team member • My personal qualities of commitment and initiative

Pros: my experience and skills and academical records allow me to get promoted but the management is the hinder
Cons: yes we work 10 hours a day
