Good team worker, problem solving, computer literate

I'm a hard working individual will to grow and learn, I hold a diploma in business management got 3 years experience in construction recruitment. I'm a good problem solver and planner, I'm computer literate and have HR experience as well. I'm willing to grow within the industry of recruitment.

I make sure that everything goes according to plan with the best results at the end of the day.

A work dag starts with meeting with the artisan about planned jobs that is planned for the day. Agter the early meeting we have a pre-shift saftey meeting with All artisans, all artisan and team members goed toe their given jobs. Agter that that I go to the managerual progressie meeting. When all meeting is fone core the day I starts doing my Planning for the next 5 days. When Planning is fone I submit my Planning for the next 5 days to the Engineer and prepare to gou der grond from there on,, underground I follow up on all jobs discussed earlier,,, I look at the progressie, Safety and underground Planning with the artisan. I always en sure that method and risk assessments has been fone and I make sure thT I Keep a good relasionship with All co-workers as I Feel good working enviroment gives a work well fone attitude towards all jobs fone for the day.

Pros: I am always on time and in buget to the best of my abilities, my planning is always done thoroughly, I have excellent people skills, I also consider myself a team player with excellent leadership.
Cons: Working far from home and only seeing my family once a month as my current employment is based 7 hours from home.

Excellent learning curve

Working for Murray & Roberts has been a very condusive place to work in.I had a latitude in my job as I was able to interact with anyone in the workplace.I had a good relationship with my co-workers.The most challenging aspects of the job was to wake up as early as three in the morning.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion.
Cons: Working far from home.

Good Learning everyday, Hectic environment

My relation with management was good interactive, informative. Staff very supportive from our construction to client staff, though we agree to disagree professionally it was a good environment.

Pros: Great opportunity for Growth. Its where you can improve your communication skills. Because there was a lot of communication with Management and Supervision in order to obtain the correct information. I had a great work relations with all my coworkers. I received a lot of Support from The Hr department. Really a great company to work for.

Excellent experience

The best picture for me would be when Medupi and Kusile power projects were at their peak and my work day was filled with so much energy and lots to do.Eventhough the hours were long the experiences were priceless. We performed A-Z accounting and I had 3-4 creditors clerks reporting to me. From checking creditors recons to preparing monthly consolidations on Hyperion I completed the full circle of activities for the month. Ending of with review of monthly balance sheet recons and submissions to sars. A wonderful team of 16 colleagues who got on very well with one another. I had no issues dealing the tough management scenarios one occasionally has to go through. Sadly as the projects ended the team down sized drastically and one by one we were all retrenched with only 3 members of the team still employed.
