I enjoy working in the environment that provides opportunites for growth
The working environment is dynamic and challenging. The team is fantastic. I have learned a vast experience in accounting activities as well as project management dynamics. I am a very good relationship with my co-workers. Working in projects is very challenging because challenges are unique and vary from one project to another

Working at Distribution unit on LV and MVline voltage
I have been training for2 years at Distribution most of my time i spend it on Network optimisationDepartment as a design of contingency plan and Outage Study report using SCADA , ReticMaster and excel sheet.

Dealing with the same thing everyday
good relationship with co-workers and learning behavior of customers everyday. Enjoy dealing with customers . the challenging issue is when payment is not done on time or paid to the wrong supplier.

ATTENDING TO PLANT ANOMALIES
Review previous night call outs stand by duties - any outstanding - priorities or any breakdowns that will immediate plant shutdown or safety hazards. Attending production planning and scheduling meeting with production department and other maintenance that is EMS; C&I , ENGINEERING. Check notifications and apply for permit to work after prioritizing - report to the immediate manger and production manager about any deviations or production bottlenecks. The most important is PRIORITY 1 job , first things first and giving feedback. I enjoy working as a team and tackling jobs that puts pressure on production site, by being innovative and working safely and effective , and after fixing anything right the first time and no come backs.

HI Generalist
My day to day work in the company is on remuneration and benefits for employees,recruitment,IR,performance management. I love interacting with employees both employer and Employee.Advising on HE issues. I have also learned that working with people everyday can be challenging but at the end you learn to deal with them differentlyrics. The most challenging part is when it comes to salaries where people sometimes think that they must get the same amount on bonuses,not knowing that it depends on the rating and the salary one gets.

Varied learning experiences
I am a qualified mechanical engineering technician currently employed by Eskom at Ingula Power station as a mechanical maintenance technician. I have also recently completed my B-Tech degree with UNISA. Currently I am also studying towards a qualification in Project management at the University of South Africa. I am looking to expand my knowledge base, put into use all my academic skills and training, I am also looking to grow my skills, competences and experience from my current level to a higher level in this field of work. I am a very quick learner, am able to grasp concepts very quickly. I am also a very practical person, i have the ability to think very technically, approach problems in a step by step practical manner, remain calm in stressful situations and handle pressure. This I believe also gives me the ability to adapt and prosper in any working environment that requires any kind of technical abilities and leadership roles

Excellent learning curve
I work for Eskom which is a parastatal company and the biggest electricity company in Africa. I enjoy working for the company as i can see the contribution im making to the country and the importance we have to the community. As a management accountant my typical day to day activity involves managing the cash flow within the departments "cost centers " looking after the spending accuracy and advising management on fanancial challenges and risks and also helping in strategic decision making to enable management to make better business decisions for the benefit of the business. As a finance team we have a great working relationship since we rely one each other's imput towards the daily and monthly financial processes and we also encourage each other on better ways of dealing with our business partners and also on our career goals i can say we are a family in the workplace
