We work in client centric environment... delivering a unique service expirience is our piority....to put our client first and making them feel in control is our objective.. The strive is to be the best bank in the world.... We work as a team where an indivisuals commitment and effort is what brings us closer to our goal...i love working with othet people with different personalities n attitude because i always take it as a learning curve to adapt n use that person uniqueness to compliment the team....creating that coisiveness n being under the same umbrella...respecting other peoples opnion and supporting each n being transparent. Displaying ownership,displine and commitment

Great learning experience

Very great opportunity where one learns so many skills beyond just money matters, it's a mixture of lifestyle, discipline, honesty, social development,administration,accuracy,effective and efficiency, team work,trust,just to name a few.

Pros: Great opportunity to discover your skills,multitasking,social development skills, it's fun environment,colleagues team spirit,motivation
Cons: Long hours, dishonesty or carelessness can lead to one being listed on REDS which one won't be able to work In any financial institution anymore.management can make your work life hell if they don't like you.

Good learning stage

To be honest I am not happy at my current company. The hours are to long and I spend myday trying to get hrown people to do what they are supposed to do.

Excellent learning environment

Great company to work for. It is however sometimes very stressful to motivate/inspire a team to achieve targets that are very high - getting their buy-in. I have learnt so much with regards to people and what drives people, risk management and also fantastic organisational skills as the typical day is always busy and most of the time the unexpected happens that was not planned for. What I enjoyed most is when all or most targets for the month was achieved and our clients were satisfied with the service they received.

Excellent learning curve for me. A stepping stone

I love working with people and having a job that is well paying, secure and less exhausting. I am a loving and outgoing person who is very independent and ambitious. More than anything I am a child of God who is a very strong Christian.

Great learning experience , learnt a great deal about myself

my work environment at this stage is very difficult, i am seeking other work due to victimization from the other staff in the current work environment, it has been a great learning curve but feel i am worth more than being pushed down rather than built up. i enjoyed working with the clients and being at their aid when they needed assistance , i had many challenges though with clients who could not speak English or Afrikaans and tried to learn a few common African words relevant to the working environment , i have learnt that sometimes not every job is for you but its what you have learnt along the way that counts towards your feature and not every bad experience is a down fall in life.

Pros: great lerning experience for someone who would like to further thier career in finaces and banking
Cons: under staffed branches, stress , negativity

Good for experience

I love the fact that the collectors are united as a family, everyone is just friendly, fair and equal treatment for staff but there is no growth, most opportunities are in another city. the hours are very , not enough family time and the salary is fair.

Major development

Capitec bank is one of.the biggest growing company.I work.in the busy branch..it's good because It makes me stronger.quicker to service clients in efficient way.I experience different challanges daily.team work is very important in our branch..I enjoy to even manage people..most.of.all I enjoy customer satisfaction..happier working environment
