Company Values
Company values are preached and given by management... But management only know how to preach but can not practice values. I believe in practice what you preach and you need to show people what you talking about

Review
I have really enjoyed working for Tsogo Sun for the past 12 years. I started out as the Head of Finance and I am now the COO for the Group. I look after 13 casinos which generate over R9 billion in revenue and R3.8 billion in EBITDA. I have been instrumental in building this business but the time has come for me to take the next step in my career and explore other opportunities. My qualification and experience will assist me in helping other business grow and look forward to challenges.

Great learning curve, learn new things and grow daily in terms of experience
It is the best company to work for in gaming if they can do random visits and check how the people that Re put in place to guide and least subordinates act

Not employee centric.
The company is not employee centric in that they are not concerned with the employees wellbeing. This creates a unhealthy environment to work in and causes employees to slack at their jobs/duties, inturn causing the reputation n of the company to fall under disrepute. Happy employees = Thriving business.

Excellent Learning
My day to day challenge at my job is managing and living out all.policies and procedures. Carrying yourself daily at an avid example to all staff. As I am the reflection of the manager. Also ensuring that there is 100 percent fair practice.

Good learning curve if you need an experience in hospitality industry and if you want to learn
Working hard everyday its always busy and hectic, no overtime payment and payment for working on Sundays. Relationship with co- workers is good except for some management who are blocking the growth of other people.what I learn everyday is to love what am doing and respect myself and everyone who is working with me; taking care of my guest know their needs and recognise them; what I enjoy is meeting new people everyday and communicating with them people from different backgrounds and cultures; the most challenging part is working with difficult guests and staff members and what is important is to solve whatever issue you were facing at that time!

Average environment
Stressful, tiring, long hours, fast paced, too much to do. Not well structured. Not much room for growth. Learnt how to become assertive, make decisions quickly, how to manage myself and others. Good relationships with co-workers. Dealing with multiple issues and people at the same time can be overwhelming at times.
