Diverse and cross-functional project experience
Managed a team of approx. 6 project managers, 2 project administrators and 1 (external) change manager. Managed the more strategic projects myself. Never a 'typical' day. Dependent on current projects. Most enjoyed working with business to understand the various strategies, and then investigating and formulating solutions in support of these. Most challenging aspect of the job is ensuring that solutions are implemented in support of business cases / requirements; and not IT drivers. I have significant experience in Digital, eCommerce, Retail and Hospitality. Although my passion is Digital.

Seeking growth
Ensure rooms are setup as per training booked including catering training material, signage. Ensure training rooms are refreshed at every break time. We work as a team with all departments, so i would inform all departments of the training that would be taking place monthly at the begin of the monthly and send weekly reminders. I have learnt to be more attentive to detail and to adapt quick. I love welcoming delegates to our faciliting and seeing them enjoying a wonderful training experience. The most challenging aspect of my job is ensuring that we have the most update information on employees and what is happening in the business as our industry is constantly changing.

Excellent career growth and knowledge improvement
on a typical day,i offer telephonic assistance, incident management, normally mondays are the busiest days. my relationship with my colleagues is good.we encourage teamwork, punctuality and we share important information. i enjoy learning c.i enjoy encounting complex technical issues as they help my skills to grow. The most challenging aspect is when dealing with an inpatient user,they often get frustrated but we try hard to put them at ease and resolve thier technical issues

I have over 8yrs gained experience in HR/Recruitment and Selection/Labour Relations field. I have learnt alot from working with tsogo sun
I li worked as a switchboard operator and i I learnt alot from working with tsogo sun. Waking up wasnt a hussle because i knew that i was gonna spend my day with my second family. It honestly felt like home away from home managers were warm, learnt were friendly and helpful moments of it. My relationship with my colleagues wwere thebestoved wprking for the company
