Excellent learning xperience

The hospitality industry is a great industry to be in however I personally find that it just is not for me. Growth does not happen as fast as some of us may like it to. I've been in the industry for 7years and it's taken me this long to come to the conclusion that I no longer want to work in this field. While I am very much do a people's person I am also very family orientated and just feel that I miss out on life while in the hospitality field as holidays weekends and public holidays is when we are required to be at work. While my career is important to me so is family and making memories and this is why I am now trying to move away from this field

EXCELLENT

IT IS HARD BECUASE OF THE LONG HOURS AND ABNORMAL SHIFTS. THE REALATION WAS GOOD BECAUSE WE WORD AS A TEAM COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO BE DEVIRS AND NOT TO STEROTYPE PEOPLE AND BEING TOLERENT INTERACTING WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND DIFFERENT ATTITUDESBALANCING THE FLOAT TO ZERO

Excellent learning curve

A 29 year old with a basic Knowledge of office computing in operation of software’s and knowledge of food preparation, cooking and patisserie. Possessing an excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate professionally with people at all Levels and adapting quickly into new environment. Reliable, punctual, hardworking, willing and eager to learn new tasks or skills quickly.

Great work environment

A great work environment, everyone is very enthusiastic and friendly. Team work is excellent as we work as a team to get things done correctly and on time. I've gained people skills, customer service skills. Been for management courses, excel course and emotional intelligence course. It's challenging having daily deadlines and having to make sure everything is balancing by the end of each day before leaving. I enjoy that everyday is a bright and vibrant day due to the culture of the company which was inherited by the employees as well.

Excellent working pallette with great experience

I'm a passionate young chef looking for employment in a company with career objectives and willing to work my way up to the level where I believe I'm destined for. A company which will take me as an asset and being a part of team and team player in reaching out companies goals.

Pros: No opportunity for growth unless you are in good terms with management.

Excellent learning curve

Log in, open and suspend tables, clean work environment and equipment. Deal Blackjack, American Roulette and Poker. Cash and chip transactions. Always working as a team as one's break depends on the other.

Great insight on delayed passengers, conferencing and turn-around of operations.

Hotel inspection every morning, this includes staffing, occupancy and all service areas. On job operational strategic tweaking on the day, support the team and liaison with our valued guest during peak hours mainly morning and late afternoon.

Pros: Product knowledge, flexibility and will power to achieve the best results through driving the team.
Cons: Very passionate with what I do, Long hours is not an issue at all. I am driven by the business requirements.
