It has taught me what Questions to ask before accepting a position . To first get the offer on paper before accepting a position . You get forms to fill in for training , but nothing ever comes of it .

Team work was the best weapon for every circumstances that we were facing.
My previous company was good to me because I've learnt how to handle different customers daily basis. We had the great team work with my coworkers. We were dealing with heavy stuff mostly and teamwork was a great weapon to overcome any circumstances that we were facing. I've learned how to to work as a team and how to work individual.
Pros: Yes we had opportunities for promotion

I'm shift artisan working breakdown and maintenance of three plant per shift.
When coming to fault finding easy to diagnose because I stay come when approaching breakdown start by basic first to easer my breakdown. That my reason not taking long on the breakdown.
Pros: Working on the milling side of the plant also experience on the packaging side.

Over worked, under paid
Over worked and under paid. Now work life balance, doing more work than you get paid for. Take on more responsibility and then it gets taken away from you with no reason given

Excellent learning
I enjoyed working with tiger brands, even though sometimes we had to work long hours on weekends but the atmosphere was very good at times. Great opportunity for promotion, customer service experience was also good to

Great learning environment
