I am very energetic person who appreciates working with people and individual, where I’m able to work under pressure even night shifts and public holidays, I have superiority in my work, under following fields completing non-conformance complains, monitor laboratory stock, writing requisitions to ensure availability of stock, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, PCR, DNA extraction, chromatography, personnel train, induction training, record keeping, taking swaps, thermometer verification, maintenance of systems in place, monitoring hygiene, housekeeping within departments, comply with policies and procedures, transfer certificates, assist during audits, verify temperatures, maintain standards or policy, research or report deficiencies and ensuring products met set standards before going to customers.

Surpassing expectations
My good time management and organizational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills, which are key ingredients to a service industry such as ours, where the daily interactions with people are the norm contributes to the overall success of my position. I have learnt new software and how to prepare documents for all meetings being held as my manager is an Executive Member and attends all meetings at Tiger. I enjoy new applications and software and drafting new company documents I have not had the opportunity to draft previously. There are aspects of the job that are challenging eg completing others tasks due to them being unable to but it has made me realise that I am competent enough to complete a task not assigned to me and without all the relevant information. The road to success is always under construction but I work hard to build a sound foundation and, step by step, keep adding and expanding my skills and knowledge, until I become, over time, an expert in my chosen field.

Corporate environment with coroprate challenges Analysis of data to generate real useful information to redirect business development. Challenging highly politisized work environment. Competition for resource both human and finacial is the single biggets challenge in the business. A great business which despite efforts to create a single entity with a strong single corporate image and path remains a system of independent business units which resist full integration and cohesion.
