Excellent learning curve

Its a great place to work at ,the environment is active & busy,the salary is OK ,the employees that we work with are a good team,I have gained a lot of experience & I enjoy the challenges that I win at the end & the most challenging aspect is when we have meet the target since the company is national

A disastrously learning curve

Working very hard but not recognized. A better understanding with fellow employees. Nit to expect better results from management, learning automatic machines, always you to perform evn with a lot of machines breakdowns.

I'm shift artisan working breakdown and maintenance of three plant per shift.

When coming to fault finding easy to diagnose because I stay come when approaching breakdown start by basic first to easer my breakdown. That my reason not taking long on the breakdown.

Pros: Working on the milling side of the plant also experience on the packaging side.
Cons: 8 hours

I really enjoy what i do and i always learn something new on breakdowns

I have a great working relastionship with the poeple i work with and learn alot from my co-workers i do not work weekends which gives you family time as welk.
