Great environment to learn
Trade Activations on a daily basis. Both Modern Trade and informal trade visit. Product Launches if any new products are launched. I work very well with fellow workers we are team who are passionate about sales and want to grow the company. I most I enjoy about my work is that its dynamic and no two days are the same .Every day is a new challenge. ⁸

I'm a hard worker and always will to learn more in life
I work hard and I dedicate myself in work, I not happy working for Tiger brands because of inconvenient areas,lake of communication and management don't take our issues serious, I just enjoy going to work providing good service to customers and helping different people because I like helping people,since I work for Tiger brands there's too much pressure,less money,too much work to do,so working for Tiger is been better than nothing coz I manage to pop provide for my family.

I am passionate about recruitment, as it changes a person's entire life.
My greatest achievement was drawing up the bulk hire process. As a department we struggled a lot with bulk hires and I volunteered to rework the bulk process and it worked and still works smoothly to date. My other achievement was organizing a succession planning program, it was the most challenging task as existing staff felt it was a waste of time, I had to convince and explain the reason for it and I managed to get 35 staff members to attend the program. This helped the company because there was a pool of available experienced and capable employees to consider for management positions and better their skills in leadership and management.

Cover letter
I am a hard worker, a creative and analytical thinker, and I work well with the team. Also I am able to make good decisions under pressure. My strength would be that I am an independent thinker, I have developed myself to the mind - set of a technician. I have good problem solving skills, My weakness is being too much absorbed into my work or any project that I work on, I end up losing track of time. When I get started doing something, I cant stop until the work is done. So technically my weakness would be that I put more effort than necessary. My one day dream has always been that I want to start my own company. Ideally it would be a consulting company. But in the next five years, I would have earned my Masters degree in Engineering Management to get started towards achieving my goals. Should I be chosen for this opportunity, I will put more working hours than everyone else. I will be willing to relocate, or even work overtime when required.
