Excellent time management
I am self motivated,self disciplined and self respect..i like working both individual and in team.My weakness is fast decision making .I get nervous when talking to strangers .I like working with my hand as well.I learned to pack on pallet on different patterns and i also learned how to operate labelling machine.

Good stepping stone
After being unemployed for 3 years the day of 24 April 2012 God opened a door no one could shut. In the beginning stages it was tough becoz I had to be competitive at all time ,so I studied my competitors ,watch how they do tbing s and then I just hit them with there own medicine lmk.I've learn somuch that I've work so close with my manager he truted me with somuch and more when heask me to do something I just said yes because he would do it for me but now after 5 years our company and workers starring retrenchment in the face

Challenging Environment
Difficult work environment as there is not much work life balance or flexibility, considering it is an IT environment and the technology is available. Love my colleagues who are encouraging and trying to find better ways to work together. Challenges in projects are around non dedicated resources which impacts delivery. Too much focus on governance.

Excellent learning curve
Producing meat product such as ready to eat and processed non ready to eat products. Doing quality control on received and the products in process.

Excellent learning curve
It's a good company to work because there are many learning opportunities in the workshop whereby whenever there's a new customer order you are briefed and allowed to make contributions in terms of how to meet customers demands. I had a great relationship with my co-workers because we all understand our roles in the tasks I have learnt how to treat customers and my co-workers in a manner that benefit the growth and success of the company I enjoyed helping new employees to understand clearly what's expected of them in the workplace The most challenging aspects is that there are always new products that I need to know everyday

Grow quick within the company
Tiger Brands is noy only an employer to it's employees, it also has a personal relationship with them. They offer other services such as medical help and councilling. They take into head their employees views regarding their work, it terms of growth or making it a better working place/ environment for them. It encourages growth and further education to their employees as they also offer them bursaries. And allows growth and understanding within the career field. It is more like another family outside home.

Hard worker
feel I could be much of an advantage to your store as am a very hard worker, commit to my work, excellent knowledge about territory and can be creative at times. I believe in keeping the growth of the business so I feel I can be an asset on that by always representing the store in a positive way that will benefit your store.
