I really enjoy what i do and i always learn something new on breakdowns

I have a great working relastionship with the poeple i work with and learn alot from my co-workers i do not work weekends which gives you family time as welk.

I work well in teams and I also have the ability to work independently.

I hold a BaI hold a Bachelor’s degree: Industrial Eng. and National Diploma in Industrial Engineering. I have 6 years experience in the manufacturing field focusing in process optimasation/lean manufacturing, asset care management and manucaturing cost analysis. I have also obtained TPM instractor training while working for Tiger brands chelor’s degree: Industrial Eng. and National Diploma in Industrial Engineering. Excellent career growth

Great company to work in with good work ethics and environment is welcoming.Cons are that there are more young recently employed managers so career growth is limited

I had a great relationship with co-workers, being able to work together as a team

I had a great experience and a great relationship with the co-workers. We were able to work together as a team and reach out to our goals. I enjoyed working as a Quality personnel ensuring good quality on raw materials, finished products and packaging. I have learnt a lot from this company especially things associating my career. I have learnt more about Quality control and quality management. The most challenging aspect of the job was to be able to work under pressure since the was a lot of work to do.

Working culture

Depending which area you work in, certain executives can make you working life hard and are not appreciative of the people they have. You also need to be part of a particular crowd if you want to build your career in this company.

Good communication

Iam Princess Nkuna 31years of age I'm a hard worker willing to be part of the company.I can work with different kind of people willing to learn fast. I respect all culture and I respect my boss, people I'm working with.I love to work in a clean tightly place.

Communication skills and

I worked as a plant operator for three years and i achieved a good operation skills i enjoying working as a team with others. I enjoy working overtime when needed. It helps me to learn a lot how to operate and maintain a plant

Pros: Was leading the because i was working most with ladies on my department
Cons: 12 hours a day including overtime
