Excellent skill and knowledge impartation.

Working at TFG has been a key to my professional growth. I currently possess knowledge that will propel !e to the next level of !y career. Daily duties entailed performing continuous audit engagements, scheduling meetings with process owners for communicating results of the engagements for immediate response to risk exposure and quarterly report compilation for the board audit committee on the effectiveness of risk management and responses to risk e.g adequacy of internal controls and cost benefit analysis of controls employed.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Could not have request for transfer granted hence my resignation.

Great values

Very good values as an organization. Some individuals might be malicious and not live the values buy, that is not the vision of the company. Very friendly staff, gives a feeling of being a family with a united vision split into small chunks.

Growth and learning

At work we are like a family who always got each other's backs referring to work only. On a typical day of work i always run shift normally from 9:000till 18:00 that gives me 8 hours of work, am always on my feet whole which makes it more reasonable for me to sink for another opportunity. I grew from sales associate to Specialist sales associate in 2 years, which is what i enjoy the most at the moment.

Its a great Learning curve for a start

Its a challenging working environment as you have learn to push yourself and set own target and action of plan. The bad thing about it is the fact that growth is not easy within the call center department and there are no promotioms offered for development purposes.

Pros: Opportunity to deal and learn behaviors of different people. Sticking to work ethics and be professional as ever
Cons: Growth or development is limited as you do the same thing everyday.

Good learning curve

A work environment that makes me active is one that is conducive and productive . Having a good relationship with co-workers enables me to be able to open-up and consult when i am unable to do something . i have learnt that it is important to remain calm and keep pushing when facing a challenge , such as having to meet last minute deadlines from or for my co-workers. What excites me in the workplace is getting to learn new things or new ways of doing things (innovation).

Pros: Opportunity to explore ideas and interact with co-workers
Cons: Dealing with different personalities

Good culture

Good culture, although you can get stuck in a comfort zone & don’t realize you are being overlooked for promotions etc because of the good work/home life balance

Great experience

I worked at @HOME Living Space at Mall of the South, as a sales associate. Big store, with a lot of responsibilities. However, these are the things that enabled me to work so much better under pressure, and to my potential best. My responsibilities were to assist customers from the door till they were ready to pay at POS. I learned how to use the software. Customer services is my strong point.

Excellent learning experience

Its an experience to show you react to different types of customer and how the feel about your service to them was, because that is what drives the TFG Group.I really enjoyed working with them, they always willing to teach you. Working at the TFG Group I learnt to be an Stockroom Controller, Adnin Controller and an amazing Fashion Advisor.

Pros: Good place to learn new things
Cons: Long working hours and work every holiday in the year.
