Great experience
Working at the foschini financial services has given me great experience that i will always take wherever i go. I have had the most greatest times and have learnt to love and appreciate my job in all angles, making the most of my days. Working at tfg has been a long journey with great learning curves and experiences. A typical day at work would be very busy sales driven environment, talking to our customers, persuading them in subscribing to our products and attending to their complaints solving them as well. Tfg is an environment full of joy, energy and laughter. My co-workers and i have a very good relationship, we respect each other in a great way and value one another. We are a team that will assist each other where we can should one of us struggles. I have learnt that each one of us has their own beliefs and different lifestyles. We enjoy working together and achieving. The most challenging time is when it is very difficult to reach target due to bad resources given.

Growing learnin curve
TFG is a exciting environment to work in especially if u have the love of fashion it's a fun and vibrant environment to be in , the people are very friendly and they are like a family.I have learnt a lot mostly how to build relationship and negotiate with suppliers and also to be very attentive to details , how to work under pressure and to be very organised since the retail world is fast and this need you to be on time as there are many channels involved before the stock can reach the stores and they have to be on time so time mangaement and priorotising was important to me .And my relatiinship with my co-workers was a good one as they where willing to help.me amd guide me and also what made it more strong was that I was always willing to help evrryone or to offer help if I was free as they has so much on their plate

Great experience acquired.
Typical work day would start at 7:30 responding and sending out WhatsApp communication to stores, then get to the store for the day / office and do a findings checklist with store manager, assist with merchandising and train staff and store manager, move to the next store, whilst responding to queries on group chats. Send feedback on the stores you were at as well feedback for your region on campaign or promotional launches. Would leave stores roughly after 6/7 get home and do feedback in presentation form, and respond to e-mail sent during the day as well place orders for marketing etc ,would finish at 10/11pm on a normal day. Relationship was lovely with co-workers we all supported one another. The people element was my biggest joy. I have gained so much experience with regards to interpersonal relationships, how to manage people, projects and your own role. Most challenging was the shortage of staff, and a ridiculous workload placed upon me.
Pros: stability and job security
Cons: excessive long hours with no option of having overtime paid to you, difficult to take the hours owing as there was no time to do so. Its a rat race that never ends.

Never a dull moment
I have a good working relationship with the employees and the clients because the success of the company depends on us. I always find a solution to all the problems that arise during production. I ensure that the production starts well because I believe that proper head start of the production process will have a smooth flow of production. Absenteeism is one of the major problem however I trained employees to have multiple skills so my production is in order to meet the deadline.

Great learning platform
I am always hard working pushing hard to reach my daily target.Also not working alone but making sure my team mates are doing well as well so that at the end of the day our company is proud to hire us.

Excellent learning experience
I have learned so much at my current company. The work environment is friendly and professional. I need something different where I am willing to learn new things. I want to improve my working abilities by applying for new work positions where I can be able to learn new things and challenge myself.

Gained experience
Very stressful, pressure, good environment to work in. Promotions. Seems difficult to get, suggestions doesn't seem to be taken into consideration, experienced how to handle pressure and work under pressure, gained exposure to sales

Great work experience and good environment to work in
My working day is flexible, as long as I complete 8 hours a day. The environment in which I work in is great - we are a team and work as one, and it's a pleasure coming to work everyday. I have very good relationships with my colleagues, as well as with my managers. I started at TFG almost straight out of matric and have learnt so much, and have grown so much. I discovered what it is I want to do with the rest of my career by working at TFG, and am currently completing a Higher Certificate in Economic and Management Sciences so that I can apply for and complete a BCom degree. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with difficult clients, as I think is a challenging aspect in any person who delas with recon in the merchandising world. Overall, however, I love my job and I love new challenges and taking over new accounts. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I balance my accounts and meet my deadlines on time.

Quick learning new job
Im a people's person who can work hard at all times. Im a person who like working as a team can achieve more things. I like learning new things at all times to gain more experience and knowledge.
