A step closer to my dream career
-Sales consultant. I also assist with customer services. I spend most of my time operating POS, and do admin inbetween the day. There is a good team work within my co workers. We are always determined to reach our daily targets. We also like to keep the good name of the company. I have learnt how to work with people in a peaceful way, and also that the customer is always right, to try and assist customers as better as we can. I enjoy the work experience that I am getting, The most challenging aspect would be dealing with different queries from customers and trying to keep all our customers happy.

Great work life balance, where people count as much as the bottom line
A friendly all inclusive environment, where mistakes are owned, and accountability is shared, where we all succeed together. Management style within the jewellery division is open, honest, and the company direction and goals are clear to all staff, you are encouraged to share your knowledge, so everyone is able to leverage their strengths, and improve their weaknesses. I have learnt compassion, patience and professionalism, but also to not be afraid to speak out, because we all matter. There have been a lot of changes within the structure of the division over the last three years, which have at times left people feeling uncertain as to their future. While unsettling at the time, the changes have worked quite well, and created far more diverse portfolios.

Cons: Chances of diversifying within the organisation may be restricted

I have I earnt patience ,persistence and exceptional customer service
There's normally no growth in retail the money is little , one hardly gets time to spend with family, there's no visible benefits such as medical aid , one is not rewarded for the long service spent with company , Things such as school funding ,learnerships and incentives such be implemented as well
Pros: Get to meet new people all the time , explore peoples thoughts and needs have the customer leaving satisfied
Cons: Working hour's are too long one never gets time to spend with family and friends or go on vacation

My experience at TFG
TFG is a nice company, its so broad. Its easy for someone to gain lots of skills and acquire knowledge. I had a great relationship with my colleagues and my team leader. I have learnt a lot from Tfg, like working independently and meeting targets at the same time. Working under pressure as well. What I enjoyed the most is the working hours. The challenging part about this job is to pay attention to every detail because you are dealing with people's accounts.

Excellent Company
TFG is an excellent Company and allows great opportunities for employees. The benefits are ever growing and the Medical Aid is excellent. The people are of diverse cultures and really make you feel apart of a big family.

Willing to learn and know more within the business
I’m a dedicated person who is not difficult to teach something new, I’m willing to learn and get the most knowledge I can in order for myself to be good at what I’m doing. I’m a fast learning and once I know the basics I’m sure I’ll find myself knowing everything there is to know within no time

Excellent learning curve
I started as a flexi timer, I climbed the ladder with the company. I managed few stores in different management and staff. @home staff are the same, they will make you feel at home. They are easily coached, I grew many staff members others are managers in different stores others are management.
Pros: Good company with benefits
Cons: Working Sundays
