I started as a flexi timer, I climbed the ladder with the company. I managed few stores in different management and staff. @home staff are the same, they will make you feel at home. They are easily coached, I grew many staff members others are managers in different stores others are management.

I am a self-driven and ambitious individual. I am a creative person as well as strongly analytical, critical. I am detailed and often referred to as an inquisitive person. I am versatile and enjoy challenging experiences. It has been proven by my previous experiences that I profoundly enjoy working in multiple work projects at the same time. I am a hard working assertive leader who’s self-motivated with a positive attitude. When I set my mind on something I try by all means to make sure I acquire and succeed. If all else fails, I find an alternative because I do not appreciate settling for less. I am not afraid to admit to failure and where necessary, I ask for assistance where matters are beyond my powers .
Pros: Exceptional customer service
Cons: Spending a lot of your time in an office means that you will put a lot of strain on your eyes. This is mostly because you will have to look at a computer screen for most of your work hours

Great learning platform
I am always hard working pushing hard to reach my daily target.Also not working alone but making sure my team mates are doing well as well so that at the end of the day our company is proud to hire us.

Good learning experience
Key Skills gained: • Influencing and implementing the relevant brand’s merchandise strategy • Financial and strategic management of the various products e.g. product planning, controlling open-to-buy, reviewing weekly & monthly figures • Management of the range assortments and replenishment • Management and implementation of distribution strategy e.g. analysing stores profiles & sales trends, developing promotional & range distribution by store & cluster • Ensure product plan meet location plan targets and correct stock allocations meet sales targets • Ensure agreed KPI’s are met i.e. sales, stock flow, markdowns & IMU • To monitor in season trade and react accordingly • OBT management to ensure product opportunities are capitalized on • Responsible for allocations • Communication with stores and field

Hard worker
willing to learn more and achieve as much as I can..good in problem solving...handing customers with respect and consolidating stock working together with my colleagues.....enjoying doing banking and administration. The hardest thing is missing targets and administration not being done I time

Hard worker

I've been with the company for 6 years now,the job itself is very challenges requires someone who's willing to learn and open to changes/ challenges that comes along daily.

Growth and learning
At work we are like a family who always got each other's backs referring to work only. On a typical day of work i always run shift normally from 9:000till 18:00 that gives me 8 hours of work, am always on my feet whole which makes it more reasonable for me to sink for another opportunity. I grew from sales associate to Specialist sales associate in 2 years, which is what i enjoy the most at the moment.
