Excellent learning

I work dayshift and night shift and im available anytime also in public holidays I'm always happy with my co-workers and i ask questions more specially when i don't know what i should do. I've learned manythings in warehouse using a scanner signing shipments printing deliveries. I enjoy going with a truck I've no challenges i don't smoke and i don't drink... I go to work everyday.

Pros: I'd be great if i can get a promotion and i work as hard as i can to make my managers and supervisors happy they always call my name becase they know i don't disappoint whan it comes to work
Cons: I work as long as my boss tells me to go home or when they ask me to work double shift i do it

EXCELLENT

EACH DAY IS DIFFERENT WE HAVE PROMOTIONS EVERYDAY AND DIFFERENT INSTORE VISUALS,DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS THAT WE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE NOT THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT IN THIS BUSINESS I HAVE LEARNED ADMINISTRATIONS,VISUALS,SERVICE,AND MANGEMENT

Excellent learning curve and growth

Good day Working at TFG has been good as I have grown so much in the company. I had an opportunity to be part of the Gen Man level 5 course that they offered and it was such an honor as it improved my skills immensely. Working with the teams as well has been good. Team work, team spirit, goal driven agents and team leaders, the competitions, the relationships we have with our staff, winning conversations, all is good. I'm currently a team leader in customer services, this has been the biggest step for me in the company as this department is the core of TFG. Learning to use the tools like RTA, EFM, UCCR, transition, Xds, etc has also been very eye opening. In a nutshell, Tfg is a great company.

Excellent service

TFG is a very good company that takes care of its employees. The level of professionalism is second to none, and the company believes in team synergy and teamwork. I enjoyed my time at TFG because I learned stocktaking, General admin work, receiving and dispatching stock and customer service.

Excellent customer service

Working at Foschini has given me experience of how to work with people, how to work with moody colleagues and keeping my cool because it’s not easy working with them but I know how to stay professional and remember what I came to to at work my job description. My relationship with co-worked is okay because we get along and help each other there and there. The thing I enjoy most is approaching customers everyday and dealing with different people and learning a lot from them. Things I have learned at Foschin is how to deal with an angry customer and treat them with respect. How to reach targets and also how to do office admin

Great challenges

Is to meet customers needs by helping them over the call. Working under pressure environment. Being able to work as a team Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required Dealing with email enquiries Taking minutes Arranging appointments

Pros: Its a different environment so it's a new challenge that am willing to face. And another chance to accomplish new things in life. Meeting new people will bring new perspective about life and new ideas
Cons: Adjusting to a new place that you know nothing about can be a daunting task.You may have to learn a new public transportation system just to find these places. There might be tools to help make this process easier, but that does not take away from the ease of actually going out and exploring, especially if you are alone

Excellent learning curve

TFG is a great company and has a lot of great growth, it has given great exposure and support. They have a great system that covers their employees to be Happy at work. They are employee obsessed and puts their employees safety First. They pay well and have great benefits as well. No hard work goes unnoticed and there's fairness in the company.

Working for TFG was a great learning curve as to how to get to know people, and leant people skills

Working for TFG is challenging, you have to be on point with the last Trent's. Your product knowledge have to be on point. You always have to be able to answer customers questions, your customer service have to be excellent. You must be a team player.Your must be able to think on your feet.Your customer services must be of very high standard

Pros: Your get to learn how to work and assist all types of people
Cons: You do not have a family life, if in management you have no life

Excellent learning curve in Admin,Banking, working with different people

From 9 to 6 every day Was good, communicate level is very clear and all task that were assigned to each and everyone were done on time and sometimes before deadline.

Pros: Great opportunity, and great learning curve interms on customer service
Cons: Long working hours
