Tfg had courses that grow their employees in order to to know more about the company and to get promotions through the company. As I have learned a lot from the company and got promoted I enjoyed working at tfg because I never problems though with my co workers. I made sure I trained them and we had EMT every day to have a lib day always

Pros: I was signed as a flexible worker after 2 weeks I got promoted to permanent position after 2years got promoted to store manager
Cons: I used to work long hours more especially if we did not reach our weekly plan or during month end

Excellent learning,

Rtnormal working hours, relationship with my co worker was so excellent, I learn more like doing administration work, I enjoyed merchandise most like doing promotion flat pecking,most challenging is to know how to deal with customers emotional

Communication skills

By it is very nice working at TFG there is no pressure even though you have to work hard to reach your daily and monthly target it is very ni. As an agent I also experience that it very important to work as a term to reach a certain goal. The company also gives a lot of opportunities to work and learning platforms towards its employees. This made me strong when it comes to creative thinking skills and making sure that I follow all the company's oders ce.

ei always find the workplace the safest and the relevant place to open up and give your full potential toward every task given d.tge best thing tge workplace is when the team work together and listen to the instructions given hand in hand with the customers so the business can run smoothly.aily.

Excellent, and well appreciated learning curve

For me personally it was a great learning curve, it's just that employees are not valued enough, they are not appreciated, but I am grateful for the opportunity I was offorded to get work experience.

Driven experience and highly motivated

Working at my company gave me a new experience on customer service and I am very interested in the opportunity given to me and most to work with best team the only thing need to improve is the call center agent that not doing their work on on time and delay onqqiving feedback to staff as HR connect however lost work information we find suitable but to assist staff in building their careers so they can become better person inlife

Typical work day

Very good company working with a professional team. Work balance and a good understanding management team. Admin and sample management. Work remotely and management is always concerned about each employee. Good relationship with my co workers and we get along really well. Order processing and buying processes. I enjoy being on the buying side as you get to experience the behind the scenes of a clothing garment before it gets to stores and how each supplier plays a particular role in the business. team. Great for head start in career

It was a great omo any towotk It was a great company to work for. The culture is awesome. But the chances of growth are limited as company is if. Alsthe people stay in the sand psi time for too omg.

Excellent place to learn and grow.

It was a great experience. I learnt how to properly use the till. Do a stock take. How to open an account for a client. How to pack and stack in the stock room and . It's an amazing place to work and people are friendly and forth coming with information.

Pros: They are very accommodating.
Cons: They have this policy of keeping us as temps permanently
