I have a good range of ABAP experience SAP (Developer), Developing for HR , PS, FI and MM, and I have JAVA Knowledge , SAP Workflow (Development)Web Development is my hobby, PHP it’s a developing tool I confidently and efficiently work with to develop simple Web sites (Server script) HTML JavaScript,I am a Programmer. My current programming language doesn’t restrict me to program in other OOP language. Give me a detailed specification in any programming Language and I will do my magic. Constant learning its a key to remain relevant in IT world...a little bit knowledge of Project Management as well,

Excellent learning curve
consideration: • I am adaptable and versatile person, who is dedicated to her job. • I am able to work and plan well my projects under pressure. • I am target driven individual. • I possess good communication skills and enjoy interacting with team members. • I have achieved my certificate in mentorship programme. • My project was adopted at IPPC section. The idea was to transfer from a paper filling system to an automated paperless functionality and it produced excellent results. The exposure of working on SAP and working with big projects examples Spar, Shoprite, Woolworths just to name a few. • Telkom exposed me to lots of job experience (Call Agent, Technical Support , Admin Support ,Dispatcher Customer Care Coordinator & Project Coordinator)

Excellenct learning curve
My roles/responsibility and duties are coordinate wayleave programme for both internal and external customers and give daily, weekly and monthly progress to ensure that no deviation from the project scope, tracking projects and issue escalation when necessary to ensure that TBI projects are completed within time frame given, accompany promoter to forum meetings and draft the minutes of the meeting, administering projects and communicate feedback on the status of the projects, solve problems and take informed decisions guided by the outcomes required on each project. I will participate to the company with new ideas and different approach that I have acquired through formal qualification and work experience. I have acquired sufficient knowledge concerning organisational structures, cultures, procedures and policies to align them with the strategic goals and objectives of the company by allocating the resources and capabilities effectively in order to gain competitive advantage over its competitors.

Planing and monitoring all warehouse and transportation activities accordingly.
Team work build a strong relationships with co-workers and manage to achieve positive result. I have learn mostly to respect others , take ownership . My job is challenging every day as working with different customers different attitude work under pressure likely most time hence enjoying and get good result. Enjoying mostly in my environment is to achieving good results on the task of each an everyday.

Great customer service and personality
Am a lady whose sales driven and communicating with customers and making sure that the customer comes first is in my DNA. I always put my to anything I touch nor tasked to do always making sure that the customers comes back for more.

Learning and development is done on a regular basis and a broad variety of skill is learnt
As a Telkom sales agent you learn a lot about the mobile and fixed line aspect of communicatio and connectivity. There is constant training and skill development for individual.

Have customer support experience as well as good troubleshooting skills.
I have a bachelors degree in IT and a national diploma in Computer systems engineering. I have over four years experience in the IT industry and believe that the experience that I have acquired during my time as an Application support analyst matches with the requirements of the post that I'm applying for.
