A good training environment

Center for learning gives company related training programmes. I am working currently in a assurance test centre. Our customer base are Telkom top 40 paying customers. All their telecommunications faults have one stop shop.

Pros: Total understanding of telecommunications
Cons: Access /licenses to access critical tools not easy to get

Planing and monitoring all warehouse and transportation activities accordingly.

Team work build a strong relationships with co-workers and manage to achieve positive result. I have learn mostly to respect others , take ownership . My job is challenging every day as working with different customers different attitude work under pressure likely most time hence enjoying and get good result. Enjoying mostly in my environment is to achieving good results on the task of each an everyday.

Pros: Highly opportunity of promotional as you need to develop and improving yourself.
Cons: 9 hours exclusive overtime

Challenging Days

Daily tasks include dealing with Enterprise customer projects. Roll out project issues such as logistics tracking, customer feedback, coordination of porting and activation of services. Managing 15 staff including performance management and interacting on executive level with regards to statistics, roll out plans, connection and revenue targets. Interacting with sales teams to enable them to meet targets and use fulfillment services in order to create a feedback loop on project statuses and enable customer satisfaction index targets to be met.

Pros: Great working environment and challenges.
Cons: Little opportunity for promotion due to corporate equity requirements.

Prepared to learn more and grow

I am interested in the position advertised, I am currently working at Telkom as an accounting officer. I work with the customers account and with our companys banks statement. I have worked at the bank first and dealt with customers directly

Invaluable myriad of exposure

The order of getting results are working in cross-functional teams. Branching out (moving out of your scope of operation) to reach your objectives has become indispensable to deliver and this is how I managed to remain highly effective within my team and autonomously. Most of all the ergonomics, including people, processes and technology at Telkom provides the platform to proliferation of the aforementioned, inasmuch as you constantly involved in the alpha and omega of the value chain.

Pros: Freedom to explore in order to deliver
Cons: Despite the invaluable working knowledge and experience gained it has conversely prepared for a new challenge to leverage and expand on my potential as a leadership figure.

I have to be professionally no what circumstances is

What is good about being in telkom i learn new things almost every day, and the skills i applied for customer service .Daily challenges it makes me grow in a work environment. I must have a good relationship with my co-workers because we work as team, most challenging aspects it when you deal with a difficult customer but at the end of the a customer must get satisfaction from me.What i enjoy mostly company provide more training in order for us to be able to assist our customers. Typical day it when our systems are off line and it difficult to work with customers because they don't understand ,what they need is service that all. What i have learnt is to treat each an every customer equal and professional because we must keep our existing customers so that they will bring friends and family to our business for doing that company will grow and generate more revenue .

Cons: Hours of work are flexible for me

Dedicated and focused

Having a good relationship with team mates and managers is the ultimate goal in achieving job satisfaction. I have also learnt to be independent and brave. The challenging aspect is to balance work and family life.

Excellent learning curve

consideration: • I am adaptable and versatile person, who is dedicated to her job. • I am able to work and plan well my projects under pressure. • I am target driven individual. • I possess good communication skills and enjoy interacting with team members. • I have achieved my certificate in mentorship programme. • My project was adopted at IPPC section. The idea was to transfer from a paper filling system to an automated paperless functionality and it produced excellent results. The exposure of working on SAP and working with big projects examples Spar, Shoprite, Woolworths just to name a few. • Telkom exposed me to lots of job experience (Call Agent, Technical Support , Admin Support ,Dispatcher Customer Care Coordinator & Project Coordinator)

Excellenct learning curve

My roles/responsibility and duties are coordinate wayleave programme for both internal and external customers and give daily, weekly and monthly progress to ensure that no deviation from the project scope, tracking projects and issue escalation when necessary to ensure that TBI projects are completed within time frame given, accompany promoter to forum meetings and draft the minutes of the meeting, administering projects and communicate feedback on the status of the projects, solve problems and take informed decisions guided by the outcomes required on each project. I will participate to the company with new ideas and different approach that I have acquired through formal qualification and work experience. I have acquired sufficient knowledge concerning organisational structures, cultures, procedures and policies to align them with the strategic goals and objectives of the company by allocating the resources and capabilities effectively in order to gain competitive advantage over its competitors.
