Feeling helpful at all times , learning on how to speak tourance and to keep calm at all times. Couching agents on products updates encouraging them on what theycexpected to do daily. Also motivating to be the people company can relay on. Having a team of people loving them be open friendly giving them same treatment encouraging them by drawinging compains competions , make them feel loved at all times.

I am a dedicated and hard working person. I have been with my company for almost 18 years and totally loved my company. My team mates were fabulous. They were always willing to help and share knowledge.

SAP workflow Development , JAVA SE

I have a good range of ABAP experience SAP (Developer), Developing for HR , PS, FI and MM, and I have JAVA Knowledge , SAP Workflow (Development)Web Development is my hobby, PHP it’s a developing tool I confidently and efficiently work with to develop simple Web sites (Server script) HTML JavaScript,I am a Programmer. My current programming language doesn’t restrict me to program in other OOP language. Give me a detailed specification in any programming Language and I will do my magic. Constant learning its a key to remain relevant in IT world...a little bit knowledge of Project Management as well,

Pros: too much workload but less pay

I more experiance in customer service

I ve been working for TelkomSA for seveb years in the call center industry ; worked as a team leader (manager) and i also worked as service consultant , im able to indentify customer needs and how to handle customer enquiries using skills includes listen ,communication,computer,leadership,sales,asertive abd customer centricty skills

Contributing to Excellence every day

A typical work day at this stage include, ensuring that correct data flow between systems, doing system recons, resolving errors, consulting with Business Analysts w.r.t new product developmente and the system impact etc. I have a very cordial but professional relationship with my colleagues/co-workers. I have learnt that you get out what you put in and you have to make things happen and not wait for things to happen to you or in your space, that way you can predict and manage the outcome better. I enjoy working with people, collaborating to make things happen and to make a diffirence in the live of my colleagues and the company on a dailly basis. The most challenging aspect of my job is difficult/rude customers, internal and external, but I have learnt to deal very diplomatically with them over the years and I do not allow them to determine the mood in my workspace or of my day.

Pros: Oppertunity for Growth and learning and also carreer development/promotion
Cons: Irregular/long hours, but one gets used to it and it becomes part of you work live

Good learning curve

Im doing general reception work. By welcoming visitors, answering telephine calls. Photocopying faxing and filling documents. Working with my colleagues make work effeciently and quickly. To work with other people make work to final good because if i made a mistake my colleague can see my mistake before it final done. Its challenging to work witj other people sometines its difficult when it comes to wirk overime and to work under pressure.

Pros: I can take opportunities of promotion
Cons: i can work overtime as long as i instructed to do so
