Well experienced
Managed staff of 122 and fleet. Service delivery and customer relationship management is my daily work whilst providing different service and technologies. I have come through ranks and different divisions over the years, therefore I'm well experienced in managing different fields within this space. I had good relationships with all stakeholders including my Co workers and other stakeholders. I have been empowered in leadership and management of the most important things in the managing people, technologies, fleet, customer relations, etc. I enjoy working with people and achieving set goals. I like installing a winning mentality on my subordinates. My challenge though is that theft of equipments that affect or disrupt the services to be provided to customers,

Im a hard worker can adopt to environment easily...
Im a mature woman who has been in the corporate industry for over 20 years I can adopt easily to a new environment because im a very friendly person Eager to learner no matter the chalenges and also adopt my knowledge and skills Im a Hard worker can always sees a task through to the end I take ownership in every task that is given to me and I can put my name on any job assigned to me Im Always willing to help others

Good communicating skills
to work at TELKOM has given me a better understanding of customer service and communicating with different types of people. and working on with different type of departments like Technicians and mange to handle a big volume of calls.i enjoy most to configure the Ruoters and by pass cables with customers ,the most challenging on this job is Technology and network. to work with customers is my talent because since i left school i worked with customers i have also do have computer skills which is not a problem because i can even do multitasking while working send emails communicate with management about important information related to the job.

Challenging Days
Daily tasks include dealing with Enterprise customer projects. Roll out project issues such as logistics tracking, customer feedback, coordination of porting and activation of services. Managing 15 staff including performance management and interacting on executive level with regards to statistics, roll out plans, connection and revenue targets. Interacting with sales teams to enable them to meet targets and use fulfillment services in order to create a feedback loop on project statuses and enable customer satisfaction index targets to be met.
Pros: Great working environment and challenges.
Cons: Little opportunity for promotion due to corporate equity requirements.

GROWTH
My journey at Telkom has been thus far knowledgeable (constant formal and informal training), very challenging for me professionally, emotionally and physically (change is constant, no 2 days are the same, so you forced to step up accept the change instantly and perform your duties) Almost every year teams are rearranged hence you must constantly adjust to working with different people and adjusting to their different work styles, opinions, attitude and become a team player, providing support and accepting and providing criticism in a constructive way. I have learnt and development in unmeasurable ways both professionally and personally which has promoted my growth and success. I enjoy most new challenges, new project and promotions that entails learning new strategy and new mind adjustments. The most challenging aspect of my job is red tape because I know I can deliver and exceed expectations however such restrictions prohibit me from excelling.

Cons: no growth for promotion-possible retrenchment

CCNA
Managing the customer network.I am a Lady aged 40 years. I have National Diploma in Electrical Engineering in Light Current (NQF Level 4) from Pretoria West FET College in South Africa 2003. I have had the opportunity to get exposure and experience in different Networking environments both at private public sectors, in a team and independently. I have also added to my experience and qualification a Certificate in CCNA from Torque IT. In addition to these qualifications I have done the following short courses within my current employment and obtained Broadband Access Technology Certificate; I have good relationship with my co-workers working as a team. I have learn that to work with customer is very good. It make me to have good listening skill,good communication, and to be accountable with everything you do. I enjoyed to work with customer everyday. The most challenging is that you work with different customer & incident daily

Excellent learning curve
Working at Telkom is a great opportunity. It offers the great deals and the co-workers are great. But the salary is disappointing. The learning opportunities are awesome and it good for a starters.
