Excellent learning curve

I enjoy my job just cannot work the hours that is given to us. working with new people is amazing and they are extremely helpful and friendly i have learnt a lot in my new job they are a lot of challenges but i deal with it a professional manner.we all have a very special relationship that we share with each other even with the managers we have guide us a lot. I enjoy the new things that we can learn and build myself in i love new challenges as well. I am a very quite person but the environment that i am currently in opened me up a lot. the company is very good and a lot off opportunities but a few things can be changed especially the shifts

Good exposure

Most days are busy, psychometrist assessmebst twice or more a day. Screening CVS, telephonic interviews, setting up face to face interviews, report writing, liasing with relevant managers. On boarding new staff, creating packs for them.

Pros: Meeting new people
Cons: Too much needs to be done in little time

Great opportunity

It's a great company to work for, though a lot of disruptive misunderstanding amongst some managers, which lead to unnecessary conflicts among junior staff.

Fast pace working environment

fast pace working environment: make follow up with clients and panelbeaters get along pretty well, help each other when needed ive learnt negotiating with panelbeaters, and understanding the repair process brief meetings we have to get to know each other better difficult clients, you would need to come up with a solution and fast!

Excellent learning curve

My tipical day starts ₩ith me having a cup of coffee ₩ith my colleagues ₩hilst taking our frustration out on the previous days performance and laughing at ourselves but vo₩ing to do better the current day.

Great company to work for

A great company or rather an employer to work for. With growing opportunities and allowing anyone to grow within the company to whatever level of management they aspire to be in. The culture is also welcoming. Unique in a sense that it allows young people to feel free even in the working space. Be flexible and vibey with a culture where it's not about work only but entertaining to be in the company. Having certain days on Fridays for eventful days and functions to reward hardworking and innovativeness accross the company. I have learnt alot within the space as I have also been exposed to insurance systems allowing one to understand the scope of the business entirely. Meeting clients that are impressed by the systems we develop for them. Working with a good team of individuals from different backgrounds and cultures
