Excellent commission structure
Great compay to work for, we get given leads and call them and close them. The move from Auckland park to dairnfern was a huge strain that is why I am looking elsewhere. We sold short term insurance over the phone.

Highly pressurized enviroment
Very busy environment with many changes and challenges. You need to be strong and keep your wits about you to provide capacity and system stability Latest management changes has brought instability and additional pressure

Outstanding
Our w has an outstanding way of making a person to grow as an individual and find their feet in their sales career. They provide u with the necessary tools one may need. However I feel u can become complacent in your line of work and that can make u stagnant. I feel like opportunity to grow is limited due to their own reasons... But besides that its a wonderful company to kick start your career. But I'm ready for GROWTH AND CHANGE

Assisting clients by updating , enquiries dealing with I rate clients , capturing of claims vehicle and non vehicle. Interacting with colleagues sharing different taught and ideas. Excellent relationship with co-workers and management.

Excellent learning curve
The first time at Telesure it was like am walking in a mall i couldn't believe people came here to work, until i walk i saw computers and people on the phones, and i was so surprised for i was expecting something different like a quiet environment with administrator and clerks but it was a call center and the atmosphere is so amazing. The Processing team is target driven, everyday is a new day for us. We treat each other equally, we are our own little family helping each other with work and personal life issues. i always look forward to go to work its just never a dull day in that team we laugh and cry together and we support each other always.

Being mindfull of the future
For the past ten years I can proudly say that I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in the company. My typucal day includes relationship building with my internal and external customers I administer, investigate etc, I enjoy the challenges cause it keeps me focused and allert, I do believe it is important to be analytical in the insurance industry. I have learnt that even though you do the same thing everyday there is always a new lesson in everything. It can become challenging to switch your emotions off when it comes to giving clients or coligues bad news. My motto is to always be mindful of the future .

Great opportunity presented to learn how the corporate insurance industry works
Currently working at Telesure as given me the opportunity to understand how different aspects and departments work together in such huge company, A typical day in my job is managing staff, sales reports, meetings daily and motivating staff to make sales. Luckily we have an awesome vibe between staff and that is great. What I enjoy is every day is not the same day. The current challenges I face as a sales manager specifically in my dept is that the company is looking to outsource due not wanting to upgrade the infrastructure to accommodate what we do as a sales team. The company feels it is more cost effective to do that.
Pros: Not much at the moment
Cons: Long hours and the possibility of facing to be out of work in the next couple of months
