Dialing company leads, make sure target is met, dealing with customer query's,
working in a call center for more than 6 years has help me to understand that dealing with customers you need to engage with them, fact find, create the need in order for a client to buy the product, i enjoy working in this environment, i deal with different people every day.
Pros: i would like the company that will challenge me, work to words senior posion
Cons: i am hard work willing to put in extra hours, but i always make sure my job is done on time.

you get to learn different things everyday, the staff are friendly, i have learnt the job for the processing operator , customer services , retention , online support and claims consultant, as a claim consultant you dealer with different client , i have learn to resolve and make client understand what they are covered for , you resolves issue from sales stage when the policy commence, you have to be calm and understand client point of views, after that you are able to get client to understand what they are covered for, the most challenges aspect is where you suppose to assist on the high calls volume even though you have no idea on the work for that department , you learn to swim while you are inside the pool because the scale for the day might dropped.

Outstanding
Our w has an outstanding way of making a person to grow as an individual and find their feet in their sales career. They provide u with the necessary tools one may need. However I feel u can become complacent in your line of work and that can make u stagnant. I feel like opportunity to grow is limited due to their own reasons... But besides that its a wonderful company to kick start your career. But I'm ready for GROWTH AND CHANGE

Good Culture at work
Team work is very good, egonomic and culture accommodate diversity, i have learn automation and to engage myself with the business and share knowledge.i enjoy the get together at work and their catten cook nice food more aspecial the coffe.

Good experience
Good atmosphere and excellent culture. However due to the large amount of people there isn't much sturture and recognition is even more difficult. I enjoy every minute of it as I do love to work with different types of people that are driven and self motivated to exceed. We meet one or two that fall of the wagon from time to time but we always manage to pull them back up and achieve our targets. I'm a team player and if my team doesn't have the ability to work together or get where we need to be I always try my best to assist where I can and if I can.
Pros: Work at one pace and assist each other
Cons: Too big for recognizing potential and growth. Sometimes you become a prisoner of your own success

It was a great learning experience and challenge as I had opportunity of dealing with new clients on a daily basis and handling new objections..it really opened my mind in lots of ways and I look forward to greater growth and better client service

Very busy environment with many changes and challenges. You need to be strong and keep your wits about you to provide capacity and system stability Latest management changes has brought instability and additional pressure

Excellent working environment
Its an amazing working environment, where targets needs to be met daily. My team an i are a family even have personal relationships outside of work. I have learnt self discipline and hard work, teamwork also makes the dream work. I enjoy reaching target as a team and celebrating after work. The most challenging thing would have to be not having enough data to work with.
