Fabulous working relationship

I have learned to work as a team, and we have a good relationship with management, i enjoy the fact that there is acknowledgement on every work we do and management treat us like adults and we always have work to do daily. We celebrates birthdays and everyone's success.

Great for learning how to manage time and people skills. Competitive but motivational

Working at Telesure requires one to be extremely time oriented. You need to be able to work under pressure. Absenteeism and late coming is frowned upon regardless of the circumstances. Competitiveness is encouraged through incentives for hard work. It isn’t a company to work for long term, growth aspects aren’t available to every individual.

Cons: Rigid rules.
