Excellent learning curve

The first time at Telesure it was like am walking in a mall i couldn't believe people came here to work, until i walk i saw computers and people on the phones, and i was so surprised for i was expecting something different like a quiet environment with administrator and clerks but it was a call center and the atmosphere is so amazing. The Processing team is target driven, everyday is a new day for us. We treat each other equally, we are our own little family helping each other with work and personal life issues. i always look forward to go to work its just never a dull day in that team we laugh and cry together and we support each other always.

Current company

The company has brilliant facilities and modern from a working environment point of view , I work. We service the Australian part of the business so we start early and finish early afternoon. I have a good relationship with co workers and often approached for views or assistance which I am happy to provide .Ive learnt the dynamics of the Australian culture and the insurance industry coming from the mobile industry prior .One of the more challenging aspects are cultural integration between two countries and delivering a service to their standard.

Pros: Large organizations and many campaigns
Cons: Planned career growth and no bonus

Claims capture

you get to learn different things everyday, the staff are friendly, i have learnt the job for the processing operator , customer services , retention , online support and claims consultant, as a claim consultant you dealer with different client , i have learn to resolve and make client understand what they are covered for , you resolves issue from sales stage when the policy commence, you have to be calm and understand client point of views, after that you are able to get client to understand what they are covered for, the most challenges aspect is where you suppose to assist on the high calls volume even though you have no idea on the work for that department , you learn to swim while you are inside the pool because the scale for the day might dropped.

Worklife

Telesure was the last company I worked for. I’m currently unemployed. Typically my day at Telesure would start with me getting to work early, in this time I’d do all my follow up admin from the previous day. When login time would come I would take inbound calls, the calls would include policy amendments, claims capture, policy inquiries, upselling on existing policies and this will be done for my 9 hour shift. During my shift I would need to do callbacks when needed aswell. Telesure introduced me to insurance and my enjoyment thereof.

Pros: The salary and this company introduced me to insurance.

Good investigation skills

As a highly skilled worker with proven experience and qualifications, I believe my talents will enable me to excel in your company. I am a very dedicated person and hard working. I always give 110% and do more than what is expected from me.

Pros: I am self starter. Used to find own audits and write own sql queries
Cons: Don't stay too late on company parties

A very much phenomenal learning expirience

Working for such a company of great magnitude I have gained a lot of experience in terms of sales and customer service. But what I need now is growth and a better offer so that I can be able to provide more than I used to for my family. And I have to give credit to Telesure for hiring such happy and dedicated people that make sure that they push you in terms of your sales game. And people such as Barry Roedolf were not only general managers but also motivational in terms of seeing all races making good life for them selves

Dialing company leads, make sure target is met, dealing with customer query's,

working in a call center for more than 6 years has help me to understand that dealing with customers you need to engage with them, fact find, create the need in order for a client to buy the product, i enjoy working in this environment, i deal with different people every day.

Pros: i would like the company that will challenge me, work to words senior posion
Cons: i am hard work willing to put in extra hours, but i always make sure my job is done on time.

Outstanding

Our w has an outstanding way of making a person to grow as an individual and find their feet in their sales career. They provide u with the necessary tools one may need. However I feel u can become complacent in your line of work and that can make u stagnant. I feel like opportunity to grow is limited due to their own reasons... But besides that its a wonderful company to kick start your career. But I'm ready for GROWTH AND CHANGE

Good Culture at work

Team work is very good, egonomic and culture accommodate diversity, i have learn automation and to engage myself with the business and share knowledge.i enjoy the get together at work and their catten cook nice food more aspecial the coffe.

Pros: able to work with the Team and deliver
Cons: get frustrated when the job doesnt get done
