Good
Good relationship with co workers. Everyone does what is expected of them at all times to keep the company productive. The hours can be a bit extreme at times especially during the festive season as they are extended. The most changeling aspects of the job has to be the standing the entire but after all it's a retail so that is expected. The most learning curve one comes across is to engage with one another as the job requires good communication sskills.Above everything I have learned to be a better person and be patient with others at all times

Good learning curve as trainings provided
Iin this culture yiu kean tge environment first and see what kind of people you are working with. Vut mostly suoervisors are always want to be heard as the perso who does things right Floor staff are phenomenon and grat at all tiness. Typyccal work day its when you need VB to pysh for sales and reach montlhy target and yiu are ledt with only 3 days. I have learnt that yiu fo not tryst a person unless otgerwise yiu have good reasonns to as we are all he4 to work and provide for our famikies. What i enjoy moat ia wgen i have a goid structured morning talk and my staff accomplish what we were speaking of. The mist chalkenging asoect of tge job is when a lot of customers enters tge store and yiu are only TV three staff who will be assisting tgem and all need to be atrended as itger custoners i mean great custoner service cones from tgere afrer all.

Brilliant Work And Learning Experience
Good day I am a hard working person who is always focus when it comes to work and I work under pressure by that iam always Focus to my duty.Since I was working for the company 5 years ago whereby I started as A shop assistant casual until I got the opportunity to become an assistant manager whereby I was on a trail of training manager.

I'm a fast learner and willing to learn more
I work very well with my team, we help each other with floor coverage and protecting our stock, we handle different types of customers both difficult and understanding customers and make sure that they are all happy at the end of the day. We make sure that we reach our daily and monthly targets to grow our business.
Pros: Create opportunity is to learn how to trust each other and be able to multi-task and work as team and also to come up with ideas that will build each other and to be confident.
Cons: Yes I work long hours from 8:30 am- 6:30pm

It was a learning experience
Im a hard worker willing to learn and develop. Im driven by growth and success in a organization. In the tears of retail I have managed to develop managerial skills, Communication skills and negotiation skill. With no reasonable doubt I have a good decision making skill and conflict management skill. I have learned that in order to get good or to be productive you have to be a team player.

Excellent working environment
My current position is based on administration,customer service,team leader. Most I enjoy customer service getting to know your customer is an amazing part where you create a very strong relationship with your customer. Tekkie Town is an amazing company they promote staff to build the company. I started in the company as casual in 2017 and in 2019 I was promoted to be a store manager
