Worked fromn,8:30 _ 17:00 monday to surtaday and Was a great experience, where by we were meeting new people every day, learning new products doing the stock takings and having to sell different product daily to different clients and do the closing of sales. I have learnt to do presentation and close sales

i am receiving the stock when necessery, Assisting customers with anything they wanted. answering incoming calls and directing to the right person if possible. doing shop keeping before we leave the shop. doing brand scan. merchandasing. doing plu check in the computer if needed. i've enjoy working with my co-worker because we work as a team, sharing new ideas.

Pros: it is fun working with this company because every body is given chance to show him/herself.
Cons: i gain more experiences work at tekkie twon about dealing with different people with different atittude.

I would say it is an excellent eploy to learn in and gain experience

what I learned in this company is that loyalty and honesty plays and important role and being a team player takes you far and make's you successful each and every time and that you only have one goal and it is to grow and be successful for your employer and for yourself that you both can grow one of the difficult or more experience situations is handing customers especially when it comes to no refund policy and exchanges.

Pros: great opportunity to grow within the company with a little hard work
Cons: long working hours definitely one of the cons but make you adapt as I have very quickly

Employee's are just Numbers

I did learn a lot and i am grateful. Worked fingers to bone and the promises did not materialist. Also, whole company felt the stress from the Steinhoff Scandal, as i am seeking long term Career growth,i saw it wont happen there. And i did excel in all areas

Its not what a company can do for me but what I can do for a company

My day starts with daily mornings talk at the store I visit, that includes discussing daily and monthly sales. Duties are given out to employees for the day. I have a good relationship with my staff each one of them are like family, and I believe in team work as I have learned even if you are in a higher position you need to do the same things as your staff beneath you. I work well under pressure, the most challenging part of my job is the travelling. early mornings and late nights.

An opportunity to further my skills

I have been working in tekkie town for almost 5 years now,Worked in 4 different stores because I like to challenge myself,,it helped alot with my communication skills,,now I know how to deal with different customer that I come across on daily basis..I love seeing a company grow,that shows that I add value not only numbers..

The greatest experience and challenges at the company

Tekkie town it is really a great company, the relationship i have with my co-workers it's like we family we work as a team,listen to one another's ideas and views. I hve learned that working together as a team we can do more nd achieve a lot of things. Mostly i enjoy the fact that i gain more and more experience since well i started working at the company. Customers who doesn't want to follow rules and regulations of the company give us a big challenge.

Pros: Working at the company it is the greatest thing ever,more experience and knowledge is gained. I also learned lots of things since well i started working at the company.
Cons: The long working hours are something else but i get to push myself to work harder on order to achieve what i want nd what the company wants.
