Good working environment

What I don't like is that we are so many,they keep on hiring and by so doing they keep on minimizing the hours we work,and decreasing our salaries... But after all its a nice place,we like a family,the management have soft spot for the staff, good place indeed

Good working experience

Working at Tekkie Town, you come into contact with customers on a daily basis. As an employee, I assist customers in locating the required shoes they need for a specific sport or shoes they want for casual wear. Besides helping customers, I also receive and merchandise the new stock. Working at tekkie town has helped me improve my communication skills as I am with customers all the time. I also appreciate working in a team as a single person is not capable of completing tasks on their own. My time management and planning skills have improved as we are always given tasks to complete.

Fast learner

I am currently working as a store manager at Tekkietown in Pretoria central, Sammy marks square and I am applying this position with a believe that with my experience I'll make a huge difference in terms of turnover and stock loss

I have learnt computer skills, I enjoy cash up

The co-workers is fun to work with them but sometimes choose them selves into groups and gossiping about others and that is not what I like. I like us to work together as a team to achieve the goals of our business.

Excellent team building

What I enjoy about my job is that you meet new people everyday which bring new challenges because of their different styles and also their different personalities. We as co workers have and excellent communication skills and also good relationships with one another as the staff what the most challenging aspect of my job is that you must make sales to reach our target for the target set out for the month as you know people don't always have the money to spend each month

Excellent and archieving

My work and relationship with my previous manager it was preety good i enjoyed working with the team because we have been understanding each other and we were like a family i have learnt that a good relationship in a work place its makes a good record for the company to recognize while u got another job even if u want to re apply they could take you back in the company,in my job they were challenges of customers that were stealing but we managed as a team to get hold of some theafs to get a good record of 0.01,2%of stock loss because of busy days so we wouldnt be able to catch some suspects in such cases

Best incetives & good opportunities

Tekkie Town is a dynamic workplace and have a good strategies to provide quality service and product to our nation as whole. However, its also have promotions to their staff members with targets that must be reached per momth then ylu receive good incentives for that.
