Excellent working environment

My current position is based on administration,customer service,team leader. Most I enjoy customer service getting to know your customer is an amazing part where you create a very strong relationship with your customer. Tekkie Town is an amazing company they promote staff to build the company. I started in the company as casual in 2017 and in 2019 I was promoted to be a store manager

Best manager skills

Its very challaging working there. Different customers that enter. But its very fun to. To be a manager u have to multi task. Have to drive sales and surport ur team. Most of our time we see who makes the most sales for the day. I enjoy working with difucult customer. Most challage for me is my monthly target. Im always eager to make more then what they want

Cons: We work 8 hours a day there are many days ill go by without taking breaks.

Excellent learning opportunity

To me a normal typical day we do sale , be good to customers, give them a great service they need.make sure they re happy . Relationship with co-workers is on of the most important at work.Be friendly and kind to everyone around u always keep a smile on your face, laugh and be an easy person so people don,'t be be afraid to speak with you. a k wie, I have learnt to be patt

Worst Company ever

No incentives Mediocre Salary Lots of work done but no thanks or appreciation Not rruendly to staff Always about how theu canget money not about the workers Long hours Rude area managers Rude Regional managers No assistant but always dragging staff diwn

It was a learning experience

Im a hard worker willing to learn and develop. Im driven by growth and success in a organization. In the tears of retail I have managed to develop managerial skills, Communication skills and negotiation skill. With no reasonable doubt I have a good decision making skill and conflict management skill. I have learned that in order to get good or to be productive you have to be a team player.

Great experience

It was a great company. The staff I work with is fun and there was always challenges involved and competitions amoung the staff... And the salary was fine but not great The company has long working hours especially for holidays.

Hi my name is marcheline adams and i am looking for a new job

Tekkie town is a good company to work for but sometimes not so good.I have learned many things there ..But i do think it is time for a new challenge and that is why I did apply with you guys.

Pros: to work for this company is actually fun but sometimes it is horrible..what ever vomes my way at work i deal with it i take responsibility
Cons: weekends 7:30-18:00 saturdays 07:00-14:00 weekdays 07:30-18:00

Excellent learning curve

I have been an employee of old fish nd chips from 2015 to 2016,I am a hard worker and da job taught me to always be punctual at work and ive learned that customer service is very important.I enjoy working as a team because if you get along we can always assure customers that we provide excellent service to them.

Pros: I dont rely on people
Cons: sundays
