Good commutation
My relationship with co-workers is when they don't know how to calculate hours or their tariff to help them and our relationship is to very strong because I'm working for the Accounting station and all other station submitt their claims to me.I learn a lot from my Mentor e.g how to respect members,how to deal with police members, how to calculate overtime,Capture bank forms information, Capture Sunday and Nights claims. I enjoy to work with police members because we do team work and respect each other. The most challenge is when you request advance for a member who is going to court or course and when he/she come there is no invoice for B&B.
Pros: Experience on financial system
Cons: I have to work long hours when calculate overtime for the whole cluster. Normal hours is 8 hours per day.

Good
administraion duties regarding trainees from the Academy. South african police service is the front line sefety security agency of South Africa. i work hand in hand with my co workers physical duties and i also communicate with the supervisors timesously. i learn that communication works with the co-workers. i enjoy presenting and share information when an presenting. safety first is very much important.

Security skills , Investigation skills

Hard worker, team player, fast learner
My usual day at work is stressful and working under pressure is nothing unusual. Attending meetings at least once a week. Doing administrative duties I get on very well with my co-workers and i am very friendly. I have respect for my superiors. I have learnt to set boundaries at work and not to take on too much work that I cannot handle. i have also learnt to delegate tasks. I enjoy working as a team and completing tasks successfully and getting appreciated for doing it. The most challenging aspect of my job is working with people that dont understand my job and expecting things to be done that is incorrect.

Expanding my knowledge and qualification
A typical work day consisted of general administraion like filing, typing, following up on enquiries etc. I was given the opportunity to expand my knowledge in various departments. I had excellent professional relationships with all my co-workers. I lived by the motto that every body deserved to be treated with respect and kindness. The most challenging aspects of my job was to complete variety of tasks regarding my different responsibilities in a minimum amount of time. I enjoyed the challenge of completing tasks accurately and with urgency.

Encounter different people and different situations on daily basis that you have to solve them
I learned a lot of things in this organization,particularly working with many people from different diverse and to handle scaring situation on daily basic.Contain and isolate scenes with regard to public violence,provide protection and support during situation and public violence,establish observation posts during the combating of public violence,support public order policing units in combating public order
Pros: giving many South Africans an opportunity to deal with different and difficult situations
Cons: working long hours as police officer even if you are off can always prevent crime or protect inhabitants of South Africa

Excellent learning curve
Every morning I received new cases that's need to be attended immediately and give report back to my commander. Most of the fraud cases they take long to investigate because we have to liaison with the banks for more information. Nevertheless, I have to report what I have done within 24hrs. I'm very outgoing person and I get along with everyone at work. I also participate in organizing team buildings parties. From the Police I have learnt to work as a team, interact with others. I enjoy interacting with other people outside the police environment. Sharing ideals for the same goal. The most challenging aspects that I have encountered is a lack of resources. Sometimes the are no cars available to do investigation and limited access. We alway have to ask private companies to help mostly with profiles.

Cons: We stay many years on the same salary level
