Honed skills and learned new skills

In 2012 I joined the SAPS (South African Police Service) after completing a two-year basic training course at the Graff-Reinett Police Academy. I started working as a Detective Constable at different stations around the North-West Province, Prior to going for police training I worked at a call centre (Outbound) for VDM Attorneys as a debt collection agent. I also did administrative work and Sales at SANWES and EDGARS. The training and experience I gained in the SAPS has sharpened by observation skills, my communication skills, my ability to interact with people from all spheres of life as well as my ability to pay close attention to detail. I believe these skills will stand me in good stead in any career path as they allow me to adapt to any situation.

Excellent learning curve

Medical administration and investigation. Managing Ill health retirement, injury on/off duty investigations, Employee temporary incapacity determination, employees leave to be assessed for the period of absence.

Excellent learning curve

I am a very dedicated individual who can work as part of the team. Fast learner and will to share his views with the team for the company to benefit. Working as team to achieve goals and deadlines for the company.

Pros: It was a great time of my life. I ebhiyed every second of it.

I am a dedicated young lady, who eagers to learn more, and get exposure.

I love learning new things everyday, I am well driven wgen it comes to my work I do not mind working shifts and I work wwll within a team and alone.

Pros: Work well alone and within a team, I have strong personality.
Cons: Not getting exposure.

Ones ability is tested at number of times but always has to be calm.

Helping or assisting the community at large is the business of the day. I effectively render administrative services to the community of Magaliesburg. I patrol the prescribed area in prevention of crime and to keep the people and their property safe. Good working enviroment which allows me to interact with diverse group of people. Learning more about different cultures in our society. With the team work we have ,,we manage to work hand in glove in order to reach our objective and our set goals.

Pros: Aquire skills and experience as every case is unique.
Cons: Promotion policy are very slow..too much corruption and favouritism.

Learning Excellent curve

hard working person who is always willing to learn. I have a National N6 Diploma (L/C). I am currently working as an Engineering Technician at Transnet in Beaufort West .I am doing installations , repairs , programming , fault tracing using schematics diagrams .I am also supervising my team .

Forward thinker

I hold a National Diploma and B-tech in Logistics Management awaiting graduation (proof of completion is attached), I also hold a vehicle fleet management certificate and I am current doing diploma with Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply Chain (CIPS). I have gained knowledge of contract management, sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, market analysis, how to appraisal suppliers, innovation of public and private procurement, procurement process, and research methodology. I worked as an intern in SCM(Procurement Officer) at SAPS Division Visible Policing from 2017/02/01 and I was appointed to permanent on 2017/11/01 .I have knowledge of PAS,BBBEE,POLFIN and SCM policies and frameworks such as PFMA, PPPFA and National treasury regulations. My current employer is very satisfied with my work rate and I am confident that I can bring the same level of high performance to your Institution.

Hard working person

currently I keep the registers up to date,filling,and arrange meetings and do extra work given by the collegues. I have learnt to communicate with telephone and client day to day. I mostly enjoy being on meetings and helping around at the office, most cahllenging things is dealing with difficult clients.

Career growth and development

I enjoy my working environment on daily basis if I am not at work I feel like I have lost something for a day. Dealing with different people from nine provinces its really interesting, challenging and develops you as a person.
