Great leadership skills
• Compile a regional sales budget per channel outlet. • Grow regional market share. • Coach Sales Representatives for performance as per sales strategy. • Monitor and manager non-performing/non-compliant dealers through Sales Representative • Manage credit notes (RR) ratio to sales. • Manage additional off invoice discount according to bulk purchase and gross margin percentage as guided by sales strategy. • Build trust relationships with channel customers and deal with related queries. Debt Management • Management of monthly debt collections. • Resolve queries efficiently and within agreed turnaround times. • Manage expenses against budget • Authorize and account for all regional expenditure in line with stipulated guidelines

Learning opportunities
Co-workers were helpful and willing to assist at all times. I was afforded the chance to learn and understand the distribution and sales process, in the FMCG industry, including the use of heavey machinery such as forklifts.

Great working culture
in a typical day, I start working at 9.I like that when I have something I need to ask a fellow colleague, the open office culture really makes people easy to approach. I have learnt that its not only how good you are at the actual work, but your relationship with colleagues and being able to communicate your wins without sounding corky can really make or break your corporate career. I enjoy the casualness of the culture and lack of hierarchies. The most challenging aspects of my job is my targets depending on people delivering their work on time.

Excellent learning curve
I have 2 years of experience in the South African Breweries company. I worked as a process operator in Brewhouse area, I have learnt how important is continous improvement and how it can make a company to become a world class organization, also learnt the importance of 5s, autonomous maintenance. Am able to use SAP

Gained experience and training working in a FMCG Plant.
Gained alot of experience while doing my inservice training at South African Breweries. I am used to how a FMCG plant operates. Excellent learning curve
A typical day at work is being extremely busy but I enjoy it as I get to serve and interact and assist colleagues. I love my job because I get to work with amazing colleagues whom I love and care for a great deal. Everyday I learn something new and I enjoy that. I enjoy learning because I get thought by colleagues who take time to teach each other. The most challenging aspect is trying to keep everyone happy as I don't like to disappoint.
