i hI handle all logistics and warehouse matter on daily basis. being in leadership position i have learnt that some workers wont like your leardership style b mabye because of changes within the company. eventualy they will see what is required of them.i have learnt that being a leader you must always lead by example and with knew DPO that company introduced understanding all seven pillars it was great achievement. i enjoy about my company they value their employees. The most challenging was to understanding DPO at first and what the company has implemented i will be able to copy.

Building brand equity and ensure that sales drivers are executed accordingly in different segments.

South African Breweries is a university of sales. It’s a great institution for one to start they career in sale. You get to learn all the different departments that make it possible for brands to be on the shelves of stores.

Excellent learning curve

I am a guy of 44 years of age,willing to join your company, at present I am studying with Unisa doing operations management. I am interested in knowing different operations from different organizations. The reason why is that I want to equip my mind much about so many developments.

Excellent learning curve

A typical day at work is being extremely busy but I enjoy it as I get to serve and interact and assist colleagues. I love my job because I get to work with amazing colleagues whom I love and care for a great deal. Everyday I learn something new and I enjoy that. I enjoy learning because I get thought by colleagues who take time to teach each other. The most challenging aspect is trying to keep everyone happy as I don't like to disappoint.

A chance to explore

Working in a lab has taught me to be innovative and energetic. I have managed to learn a lot about peoples social and interpersonal skills while trying to juggle up the day to day hectic work. The company serves as an excellent place for growth and a platform for a chance to be innovative.

Great Working Environment

Good opportunity to grow and complex environment. Had a meaningful 6 and half years. My role itself is a 24/7 role as I take full responsibility for all production related challenges such as breakdowns, low efficiencies and the likes. The role requires my forever avalibity and follow escalation procedures while accounting to the abnormalities. Some cons include prolonged procedures for tools availability. For example, having to use personal phone for production requirements which had problems in cases for example where my funds run out as this was not compensated and laptop. experience. Good in terms of spotting and developing a talent
