Very excellent learning curve and good moral

SAB it's a very great huge company, a company that believe in their people, culture and dream big. People in the company are welcome and have a very good working behavior and their moral is on another level. The positivity in the company makes work easy and enjoyable, and when you have happy people your results will be delivered on time, your data analysis will be accurate and precise. You don't have to micro manage because you believe in your people and the turnaround time is great.

Pros: There's plenty of opportunities
Cons: Extreme work load, results to overtime

Responsible for building relationships ,stakeholder analysis

Typical day work - identifying and mapping of key stakeholders,conducting a stakeholder analysis, developing a stakeholder profiling,sending formal request to stakeholders,securing meetings,briefing engagement Leads on a particular project, reporting back and follow up. Excellent relationship with co workers since I’m the one who assist to unlock or open doors on behalf of the Company. Eg No excuse campaign. Identified and partnered with Ministry Dept of Women. Lessons learnt - honesty is the best policy to your valuable stakeholders because they have expectations. I enjoy working for the company it provides me an opportunities to engage at a strategic level. Challenging part - engaging on amendments of Government Regulations especially the liquor policies.

Pros: Career growth, global company
Cons: Beer company government doesn’t want to associate with it.

Managing the work and not personality always yields results

My current daily work routine is to ensure that all my subordinates are safe and understand what's expected of them based on their roles and responsibilities. The priority in terms of delivering on all our key performance indicators is always the main focus. Effective problem solving by involving all stakeholders in my team it's another key aspect of ensuring that the daily product output target planned is achieved. Updating production reports in Sap, coordinating weekly maintenance day activities and arranging of all necessary resources available and required to execute the relevant tasks is some of my other additional daily routine activities.

Pros: Acted several times for my direct manager
Cons: Currently do work overtime when required and requested to do so.

SAB

SAB is one of the good companies to work in.it one of the few companies which promote dream,people and calture. It is a pleasant feeling to work for a company which is fuelled by the MENTIONED elements. My typical day work is centralised on safety ,quality and effiecency .I engage with internal stakeholders such as sales department,inventory ,logistics and planning , and external customers who subscribe to selling our product to consumers. In the job I do I have learned interpersonal skills,situation control,brand image protection ,managing people ,managing resources to drive efficient throughput,to name a few. I enjoy to see consumers having and enjoying the product we sell ,which leaves to the motto of bringing people together for a better world. The most challenging thing about the job is to driver different sectors of atleast more than 200km .

Pros: The is a room for career growth
Cons: Growing in the company is not worth it because the increase is small

Skills and good work experience

have over 10 years of experience as a Sales and distribution Administrator and in this time I have worked a Distribution Administrator reporting to the Depot Manager where I was responsible for the Depot’s administration duties that ranged from Diesel/Fuel purchasing and analysis of monthly consumption rate, sourcing quotes and paying of suppliers, etc. And recently was a Sales Administrator where I was responsible for the Customer Master Data(adding, editing, updated and deleting customer information), providing the sales teams(3 sales teams) with sourcing all their sales related information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to enable them to perform at their ultimate and also know our targets vs current performance etc.

Hard worker . Team player . Don't rely on leadership to do or accomplish my roles . Highly motivated . I prepare myself for every shift pattern at my current job . Pros: Hardworking individual, I always take leadership on all my roles.
Cons: I endure working overtime whenever there's a target that need to be met.

I am currently unemployed. The information about my employment is of my previous job. I'm a fast learner, hard worker, work well under pressure, I'm also a team player and adapt very quickly. I'm very ambitious and strive to take opportunities I come across for personal growth, to learn more and as well as to gain more experience.

Good working environment support provided and individual development in place.Poor salary increase when being promoted,most of the time getting a salary cut .

Excellent learning curve

You are learn to multitask , your service or work is not limited, personal growth is been encouraged if you are a permanent staff. There is a skill transfer from one collegues to another.
